   Yes would make the email notifications more personalized. Step further would be to be able to pull organizers email and phone number.

   Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on this idea. It shaped the design, and gave us the detail that made it workable.

   The feature is in development. Here is what it will include:

   • A new Event organizer role, separate from Event manager, so someone can run specific events without access to the rest of the account and other events.
   • Three access levels, chosen per event: Check-in assistant, Registration manager and Event lead. Each level has own restrictions and designed accordingly.
   • Organizer(s) are assigned on the Event details by Full administrators and Event managers.
   • Organizers can’t see Contacts, Financial information, Emails and other pages. Only assigned events.
   • A separate release of the mobile Admin app will follow shortly after the web release, to support the new role.

   
   

   We’re aiming for a release in late November or December 2026. Dates may still move as we finish testing. We’ll post here when we have an update.

   I merged another very similar thread into this one, they should be solved together – the registration to multiple events should be simple and fast if possible. There are a number of suggestions in comments on how to achieve this.

   Ability for those registering to be able to register as the adult leader type (we have two types-Driver/Chaperone or Adult Chaperone) and then register their youth at different type (two registration types-High School or Youth). That way our registrants (usually a church) can register all attendees at once and get one invoice for all attendees.
