Sorry for the late update.
The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.
Thank you everyone for a valuable feedback.

Workaround from Beardo:
To restore the old authorization page look:
/* SOCIAL LOGIN BUTTONS HIDE */
.WaGadgetAuthorizationRequired .openAuthFormContainer {
border-right: none;
max-width: 0px;
padding-right: 40px;
display: none;
}/* PADDING TO SOCIAL LOGIN BUTTONS HIDE */
.WaGadgetAuthorizationRequired .authFormContainer {
padding-left: 0;
}To remove the login buttons from the member directory personal profiles (at the bottom):
/* MEMBER SOCIAL LOGIN BUTTONS HIDE */
#socialLoginContainer, #idSocialLoginContainer {
display: none;
}Just copy/paste the above and update your “user.css” file.

I do not want my membership to have the capability to use any social media to log in.
Changes of this nature should not only be a controllable option, but should also default to OFF/HIDDEN, and give us administrators to enable if WE choose.

An error occurred while saving the comment Rick Dalven commentedWe limit our member directory for use by only by people that are in an "admin" group only. We would like to show fields not currently available in the directory gadget.
Specifically, the member renewal date is important to us.
Others may have a use for different fields to be readily available without having to log into the system as an administrator.

An error occurred while saving the comment Rick Dalven commentedHi Chief;
I'd like to do exactly this - add a Hello {Contact_First_Name} type function to my members only page.
The link referenced in the above reply is broken.
Thanks,
Rick

An error occurred while saving the comment Rick Dalven commentedI'm evaluating WA now. Multiple payment options would certainly be a plus (not a show stopper; the product already exceeds my expectations).
Our club would like to pay for different events to different accounts (some are not ours, but our vendors/partners). I'm not too concerned about multiple gateways.

An error occurred while saving the comment Rick Dalven commentedDJYoung describes my situation also. Manually maintaining email lists.
I allow only board members to send email blasts to the entire membership. I control this by black/white lists in my mail provider application. To further complicate, without periododic matching, I cannot determine when a member changes an email address; there is no log/audit function to look only for changes to a member profile, so, I play the spreadsheet vlookup game.
The ideal for me is for WildApricot to act as a email forwarding agent, where I can set up distribution lists (All Members, Members of a certain level, etc.) and be able to send a mass email to the list for re-distribution, with appropriate security permission controls.
If such a function existed within WildApricot, I may also be able to cancel my web hosting service, which I only use for email management, and save the club some money.
