Ability to schedule follow-up event email to attendees
I would like the ability to be able to schedule a follow-up email to all attendees of an event when the event is built.
We send out a customer satisfaction survey to all overnight/fly trip participants, and it would be great to just pre-load these in the event as we do Reminder emails and other customized event emails so they can go out consistently a few days after the event is over.
Currently there is no way to schedule a customized email to go out automatically AFTER the event is over.

We regularly send out follow up survey to event attendees. To do this, I am exporting an excel, sorting by attendees, then copying the attendees' email addresses into Google to send out the survey. Would love to do all of this within the WA platform (survey and email), or at least to send an email through the platform with a link to the Google survey. Thanks.

Wild Apricot should allow scheduling of event reminders +X days AFTER the event. Reason - We want to remind our registrants (i.e., volunteers) to log their hours AFTER conclusion of the event.

I would also like to send emails to attendees of an event after the event has taken place. We send out event surveys to see how we did, and we send them a few times. If this was an option just like the event reminders and it would let you schedule them, it would work great.

Hi,
It would help our membership levels increase if we could have an automated email go after an event to Non-members inviting them to join.
We have recently tried this manually and found that our membership has increased.
It could work like this:
Membership type: Non member.
Send email after event: Email template Non member invitation to join. We would offer a discount coupon to the non member to join rebating the fee paid for the event if they join within 7 days of the event.
Days after event to send email= 1 day.
If it is too hard for an email to just go to non members, what if we could send a thank you email to the members, or even the details of the next event.
I hope there is more interest in this feature as many users will benefit by increased membership as people want to get around to joining, but never do and an automated email soon after an event works by striking whilst the iron is hot.

I would like to see an option to create an automatic event email that goes out AFTER the event, not a prescribed number of days BEFORE, which the system currently allows.
I would like the opportunity to send an email after my events to check in with clients and gauge how their experience was and to ask them to refer us if there experience was good.
Right now I have to do this all manually after each class, but if it was an option, say "EVENT REMINDER 4" that allowed for a selection of days AFTER an event to send it out, this could be automatic.

I would also like to see this functionality. Our organization would like to use this feature to contact non members after an event with a membership promotion information (to get them to join the organization). In our case, we'll need to send to a sub-group of attendees (non members). How about if you give the user the option to send to attendees by registration type?

We would only need the ability to send to all attendees, similar to the event reminder. We like to send out post-event surveys for some events, and it would be great to have it all set up when we create the event.

Is it enough to send e-mail to all event attendees (similar to reminder) or you need a way to select specific group within attendees? If we are talking about specific group within attendees, do you have any idea how would you define such a group?
