As a Junior League, our members must complete their requirements annually. Member requirements vary by level. Overall, they are required to attend meetings, fundraise and volunteer. Meetings and volunteer opportunities are all being organized through the WA event calendar, but it would be great if there was an automated way for member profiles to be updated with these member credits once they've been marked as an attendee. I imagine this would work by allowing admins to tag/categorize an event as being eligible for a member credit. Different types of credits would be needed.
We also have to use a separate system to manage our fundraisers, which include tickets to the events plus raffle tickets. It would be wonderful if we could sell raffle tickets through WA. And, if the system could track member credits for sales of tickets - and for general donations through WA.
Sorry for the late update.
The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.
Thank you everyone for a valuable feedback.
Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:
We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.
You can try this integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2275-copy-google-calendar-into-wild-apricot-events

We regularly send out follow up survey to event attendees. To do this, I am exporting an excel, sorting by attendees, then copying the attendees' email addresses into Google to send out the survey. Would love to do all of this within the WA platform (survey and email), or at least to send an email through the platform with a link to the Google survey. Thanks.
