Today the Wild Apricot online store functionality was enabled for all paid accounts. We did our best to roll it out earlier than it was expected so you could try it out before the day of price increase.
Please fill out this survey to let us know what is missing in the initial version so we could define the followups:
Thanks for all the support and help during beta-test.
WA, Emailing development team
Hi, dear supporters. We prepared an update of Wild Apricot store. What will be available soon:
- Order cancellation
- Ability to customize email notifications
- Ability to add additional message to a notification email sent upon order fulfilment (might be useful for those who need ability to provide a link to a downloadable product)
- Email routing. Ability to redirect store-related admin emails to a selected person
- Control over products order in Catalog gadget
Also we are working on the most requested addition to our current functionality - variant capability. And we need your opinion here. What do you think? Would one option be enough? Only size variants, for example. Or is it crucial to have 2 or more?
Please check out this super short presentation and share your opinion - https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/16qu3yfJWhNfvDrQuo_2tAs_gGxJzDhLzKPOX7HBoHLE/edit?usp=sharing
Rachel, thanks for the comment. We'll take that into consideration.
Excellent that this is up and running! I look forward to digging into it.
Many of our members ask us to process event registrations for them. I know they will also want us to place store orders on their behalf also. Please add this feature ASAP!
Thanks for the comment, Jenna. We'll definitely do something about shipping and taxes as soon as possible.
Need to have the function to add shipping charges example a $15 charge for express shipping and then $5 extra per item that gets added. But also an option for free shipping if it was purchased on site at an event.
We need to be able to set tax rates.
Beta version is now available for testing. All details are sent to the subscribers of this thread by the email. If you haven't received one but would like to get access too, please contact me by this email firstname.lastname@example.org

We would like to beta test the online store concept
We need to use a beta version asap so we can be sure that the system will work. We plan for the parade six months in advance and want to start accept registrations as early as Mar 15

Soon :) We prefer not to disclose dates - all I can tell is first half of 2018. We're finalizing our work on it but still need some time.
When will this be released? It was announced as a Word in Progress on May 30, 2017, which is almost 8 months ago.
We at I-LinCP are equally excited about this development. We want to share branded merchandise with our members and supporters. This huge!!
Very much looking forward to this. I recently set up a store through Ecwid but some features not that great unless I purchase a premium account which isn’t that practice for us. Go get um WA!
I am excited about this new feature! What is the timeline?

This is great to know, I am so excited to see this feature come to fruition!
I cant wait to be able to have the option to sell merchandise to members and contacts.. HUGE Opportunity.
@Nathan, could you please elaborate your comment? How is this related to Online Store?

I have not gone through all the comments so I am not sure if this has been touched on. Since you do and promote events you need to add the ability to sign-up Sponsors and Exhibitors.
This is still in works - Online store is quite a big feature.
We will post any news here, so you will get notified on them.
