Schedule event eblasts by date, not by number of days before event
We schedule event eblasts to go out on Tuesdays at set intervals before an event. Currently I have to count back from the event date to the desired Tuesday, which is very hard on my aging brain.
Can recurring event emails be scheduled according to date, with that nifty little calendar tool, instead of having to figure out how many days before the event?
We need to be able to schedule reminder emails before an event at specific times. Currently, we can only select 1 day prior to event, but we need to send an email 2 hours prior to the event.

Would Be Nice to be able to schedule the event e-mails by date and time and not just by number of days before event. Similar to what you can do for other e-mails in the e-mail section of Wild Apricot.
For event emails...
The only method to schedule announcement and reminder emails is based on 'days before'.
Please add the functionality to schedule emails for a specific date and time.

I need to be able to schedule event reminders for the actual day of the event

I would love to have the "Send email ___ days before" be an actual calendar and time like the scheduling for regular emails. This way of sending them would be less confusing and would give the sender more control of when it actually deploys. I send event email reminders weeks in advance, so the "____ days" is a pain.
In addition to scheduling events by date as opposed to number of days, it would be very helpful to schedule the time the announcement goes out. At the moment, the event notices will only go out at the time of the event, which for us means our event notices go out at breakfast, lunch or dinner time (really not the optimal times for selling emails).
