  1. Add authorize.net emulator for online payments

    My organization currently uses an authorize.net emulator for online credit card payments. With this we only pay small incremental charges per transaction. If we have to use any of the currently available (in WA) online payment systems our expenses will go up quite a bit (well over $1000 just for membership dues). Please add the authorize.net emulator. We could handle our renewals much more efficiently and at a reasonable expense.

  2. Printing the Quickbooks Export Transaction Report [16340]

    Not sure why there isn't functionality already for printing a generated reports through WA. But this would be very helpful to have a report of what you are preparing to export then import into you accounting software and then be able to print said report as documentation for it. (checks/balances).

    I have attached a screenshot of the report in dispute.

  4. Membership Information to show up when manually entering event attendees

    I receive a lot of event registrations through Email and mail and when I enter them manually in the event, there is no way to see if they are a member or not. This is helpful as we have different pricing for members and nonmembers. I have to leave the event page and go into the contacts to verify if someone is a member or not, then go back to the events page and invoice the appropiate amount.

  5. Add Heartland Payment Systems as a supported online payment system

    We use Heartland Payment Systems to process all of our credit card transactions. In order to work with Wild Apricot, we have to use Authorize.net as a portal to connect to Heartland Payment Systems.

    It would be wonderful if Wild Apricot could add Heartland Payment Systems as a supported online payment system.

  6. Forte payment processing

    It would be great if WA would support the Forte credit card processing terminal. Forte offers highly secure transactions and no monthly fees with a 2.9%+ $.25 rate which is ideal for small users like us. (In case you were wondering, I don't get any kickbacks for new users) We use them for credit card processing and I would love if I could automatically sync the payments (type/description and $amount) with WA instead of having to manually enter the data.

  7. Ability to integrate with Paypals' Sandbox site

    To do complete end to end testing of Paypal integration it would be very helpful if an option under "Payment Settings" was available to indicate whether to use production paypal (paypal.com) or test paypal (sandbox.paypal.com). This option would require that two sets of API credentials be kept - one for paypal.com and one for sandbox.paypal.com.

    One large benefit of using sandbox.paypal.com is that NO money is actually involved in the testing transactions. The paypal sandbox is setup exactly like the production paypal site except for the use of test accounts that automatically generate credit card numbers, expiration dates, bank accounts…

  8. Manual payments of membership - confusing users.

    Since one of the recent updates the payment system was changed which has caused me a lot of problems. Many of my members are not pressing the "review and pay" button. They are printing out the page with that button on it and then they are never actually creating the invoice. If their payment makes it through the mail with the paper copy that is not a big deal, but if I never get their membership payment I have no way of knowing that they started a renewal.

    This is not relevant anymore, system works differently and buttons are called differently. I do not say that now it’s all clear and fine, but this particular suggestion is outdated. Closing.

  10. Is there, where is or is it possible to change the text font size of caption text for photos in an album?

    I am trying to improve my website to WCAG standards and the first issue is that the photos present on a page don't include text descriptions. When I put those photos into the photo album gadget and add text description to the photos, the text is to small and thin. There is only the Gadget Styles: Basic, Style 1 and Style 2 that even barely adjust this but I cannot find which option in the Colors and Themes page controls this and allows me to increase the size and width of the caption text specifically.   11. Renewal policy option: waive dues for x months

    The use case is an organization seeks to waive dues for the upcoming month for a month, say August. This means that the membership will not receive any notice of an amount due and will not see a “Membership renewal overdue” in the lower righthand corner of the browser window.

    Prior to the following month, September, the pre-set dues communication and collection process would resume.

    I could see this being an option under the Renewal policy tab. “Waive renewal for X months"

  12. Email Editor Jumps Around Randomly...Please fix it.

    I HATE THSI EMAIL EDITOR!!!

    I'm using a mac. The editor keeps jumping to the top randomly when I click or try to drag a component. Why would you do this to me? It's completely unusable. And I need inline photos back.

  13. Additional event information - registration close date

    Please do not remove the "Additional event information" box at the bottom of the event creation page. We use it to specify a registration close date programmatically, so we don't have to go in and edit ALL of the event emails for each event. Alternatively, add an event close date function to event registrations.

  15. Automatic saving of file uploads

    Currently when a member is updating their profile to add a file upload, they must still click Save Profile button before the files are added. Some people just upload the file thinking the update has been made to the profile. Since the Save profile buttons could be off screen they just move on with life and their uploads don't get uploaded.

    Is it possible to change the file upload UI so when uploads are made, Save Profile buttons do NOT need to be pressed? Or there is a warning that is presented on an edited profile if they navigate off…

  16. I would like to be be able to present a webinar to my membership or musical videos.

    In studying membership websites, there seems to be a general consensus about deliverables to make your membership group more appealing.
    Wild Apricot could offer as add-ons , the capability of having the administrator give a webinar or post a video presentation. If this idea is not feasible, then provide some ideas about adding outside resources to the website that would provide those capabilities.

  18. Be able to select registration types that appear on the registration form

    Current behavior - Each registration type appears on the registration form.

    Desired behavior - When defining a registration type, provide the option to select whether or not it appears on the form.
    We sometimes have guests that attend our events that we don't know about before hand and we don't want to charge. For example, a the spouse or friend of the guest speaker.

    We would like to have a registration type that the admin can use add a free registration without making that option available on the registration form.

  20. Email Font Issue to be Resolved

    The latest update to the Wild Apricot email editor now overrides font choices regarding the event details. The editor is putting some text in Times New Roman. For consistency, I am having to format the whole message in TNR even though this is not the font style we use, to make it easier to read on multiple screen sizes.
