    You can easily do this by editing page templates – they are shared among all site pages. Just add proper text to header or footer

  8. Disappointment

    I would like to express my deep and utter frustration at the price increase. After only using your software solution for a few short months, there is no way my membership would have approved another three years of charges for something they were not all that happy with. Now that I am getting read to get next years budget approved, I realize you increased my cost 60%!!! As a non-profit, there is no way I am going to be able to get that to fit. Now, I have put 6 months of effort into getting them to adopt the system…

  11. Recurring Payment Add-on

    My company is not big enough for the Community payment plan and do not need any of the additional features other than the ability to have recurring payments. It would be nice if this was an add-on capability between Group and Community memberships.

    Unfortunately, this is exactly why we separated this particular feature (recurring payments) into higher plan.

    Is there any chance you would consider changing your primary term Guest to Attendee?
    An “Attendee”, in the conference industry (and most any industry), is considered the primary person attending or signing up for an event whether it be an in-person or on-line.
    “Guest” is referred as someone they are bringing to the event such as a wife, child or just friend or used when attending a party.
    As an example;
    Our 2016 Annual Conference
    Attendee (primary member): $875
    Guest (wife, child, friend); $350
    Then you have different events they can attend within the event;
    Golf
    Attendee Golf: $125
    Guest…

  16. Imporove macro functionality in event emails

    Once event details have been added online, we insert the event details macro in our scheduled event announcement emails. However, when these emails are sent, the event details have extra spacing and the formatting is never the same as it appears online. Improving this functionality would greatly enhance the quality of these emails.

    Imagine a SINGLE payment processor that can process ALL financial transactions:

    • PayPal
    • Bank Wire (!)
    • Credit Card
    • (Other Online Payment systems)
    • Mobile Payment (!)
    • Point of Sale Payment (!)
    • Cash (!)

    WA please have a look into "Adyen" – the most complete payment processor on the market. This can give WA customers a whole new world in payment processing.

  18. Sort and filter contacts by number of open invoices, and by dollar amount owed

    I would like to be able to sort (and filter) the contacts list by the dollar amount owed, and especially by the number of open invoices for each member.

    This would help me when sending out reminders to members that have fallen behind on their payments.

    No activity for long time. You can use advanced search with Balance due search criteria and set some threshold to it

  19. Allow negative day(s) offsets in Renewal Policy

    Our club needs to send out renewal invoices and reminders on or after the renewal date, not before. It would seem easy :) to implement this by allowing negative day(s) offsets in the Renewal Policy.

    We send renewal notices on the renewal date. The member remains in good standing for 60 days, after which they have a short grace period and then become lapsed.

    This could be entered on the Renewal Policy by sending the invoice 0 days before renewal date, following up with a reminder 30 days after the renewal date, and then sending the grace period notice 60…

    This looks like an exceptional case and no one has commented on this for quite some time. I believe that as a workaround you can use “Renewal day email notice” email as a first reminder, then “Grace period email notice” sent after 30 days as a second reminder and then “Lapsed email” after 60 days to set status to Lapsed.
    Closing the suggestion.

  20. Allow same 'edit in profile' for Contacts that are not members

    We want to have fields present on a Contact's profile that do not appear on every registration. We do not have a membership, and therefore no "members" (only contacts), so we cannot use the "Member can edit in profile" option.
