Not show member level on member registration
When a user is registering as a member:
• Hide fees
• Hide subscription period
• Hide recurring paymentsThese should all be options. When you have a volunteer organization, each of these is off-putting. We need to be able to imagine these elements, however volunteers are put-off that there might be payments or that they might expire as a volunteer. Please create options to hide these.
1 voteThis is totally possible now:
- create a membership level like “Volunteer”, set price $0 and renewal period “Never”
- create a web page add a “Membership application” gadget there
- in gadget settings, choose only this levelWhen you do so, the application form won’t show any price or period of time.

Duplicate pages in "pages not in menu"
Hi, here is another random thing. Please don't hate me (it's OK if you hate me =D I understand).
For "menu pages" you have a very easy way to duplicate the page and this is extremely convenient and useful. However I just noticed you cannot do this for "pages not in menu." It would be convenient to be able to do the same thing with ALL pages.
1 voteUse “Add page” button, hit triangle on it and see “Duplicate” option. It works for both in-menu and not-in-menu pages.

Add the ability to have a Directory for subgroups
As far as I can tell, it's only possible to have a directory that includes all members. I'd like to be able to add a directory that just includes the members of a certain subgroup we have, that can be used on a page that's restricted to just that subgroup.
1 voteThis is totally possible now – it’s a matter of Member Directory gadget settings, see more at https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Member%20directory%20gadget#Memberdirectorygadget-Memberdirectorygadget

Show the list of category suggestions (wish list)
Allow us to read all the Wish List items for a specific category. For instance, I'm interested in website improvement suggestions. I'd like to read the list.
1 voteYou can easily do it now: when on https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist
option 1) look at the right side of the screen, bottom part. It lists all the categories, click on any and you’ll see the suggestions for this category
option 2) or, right below the text box where you enter your idea (it says “Start typing to search…”), you will see a line of controls like “Hot ideas”, “Top”, “New”, etc. One of the is “Category”. Click on it and choose a category you want. This’ll do the trick.
Hope this helps!

Additional Events Lists
Create two Event Lists for us as Gadgets - one that can be pulled into the Events page and one that can be pulled into the Volunteer Opportunities page. They have different content and require two separate Event Gadgets
1 voteIt is possible to display a different set of events in the gadget by using tags (see Filter events by tag on https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Upcoming%20events%20gadget#Upcomingeventsgadget-Upcomingeventsgadget )

add mc_fee to payment allocations API
I see that Wild Apricot logs the transaction fee that Paypal charges - it shows up in the Audit log for a payment as "mcfee". I need this field to be available via API so I can accurately allocate transactions in our accounting system. Can you please add the mcfee field to the Payment Allocations v2 API call?
1 voteWe added access to Audit log via API in 5.9 release – https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/AuditLogItems+API+V2+call

Change invoice billing person
I would like to have a feature where I can bill someones registration for an event to a different person. Quite often our members pay for other members to attend our event (usually clients), but i have not yet found a way to assign that. Invoicing is miserable at this point when one person is sponsoring 30 people from other companies. Would be great to be able to resolve this in some way.

Can you give the email blast preview the option to view it in a mobile version? The email doesn't look the same as a full view using Gmail
Can you give the email blast preview the option to view it in a mobile version? The email doesn't look the same as a full view using Gmail as compared to viewing it on a cell phone.
1 voteWhen you compose email blast and click on Preview & Send button, there are 3 preview modes you can use:
Preview for: Mobile (300 px) | Mobile and desktop (600 px) | Desktop (900 px)

Add contact to bundle, display administrators in alpha order by name
Add to contact bundle screen. It is difficult to find the specific bundle administrator where there is a long list of names. Could you display the list of bundle administrators in alpha order by first name? Thank you!

Waitlist collects full registration form data
Since waitlist registrants collect only name, when a spot opens up and they are manually registered, there is no simple way to have them fill out the form. Collecting full form data when signing up would solve this, and might have the effect of deterring those who are not really interested enough to attend.

Email non-members
I can easily filter contacts in the simple search by non-members. However, the only way to save a search is in the advanced search and there is no contact criteria, only member criteria. I want to be able to email all non-members that are in our contact database. I've searched the site and cannot find anything.
1 voteIn Contacts, use Advanced search, choose “Contact properties” search criteria, “none of selected” and check “Member”. This’ll do.

Gmail
In June, Gmail updated their DMARC policy to p=reject, which means that any mail sent through a third party with a Gmail "from" address will be rejected (bounced) by most receiving domains.
While this is being done in an effort to stop spammers from spoofing email addresses, it has the unfortunate side-effect of getting in the way of totally legitimate senders like us. How will this affect our emails, but bulk and individual, thru Wild Apricot?

Monthly fee
Membership fees have been setup on the first of every month, but it shows that there are no recurring payments, which is very confusing.
Is there a way to take the words "No recurring payments" off the membership application form?
1 voteThe only way is to use CSS customization and hide them in the form. You’ll need HTML skills to do so, or you can contact our Support and them might be able to help you.

Supples invoice
It would be great to be able to invoice members for supplies they have received like handbooks and materials that are separate from membership fees. Also a way they can pay them online (ie Paypal) or the admin can mark them as paid if cash was used.
1 voteYou can do it now using “Manual invoices” feature – see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Issuing+manual+invoices#Issuingmanualinvoices-Issuingmanualinvoices

Help guides
Update your stupid content.Jesus Christ.I have spent ages trying fathom out stuff but your help pages don't reflect the actual content on the website, especially the payments part. All i wanted to do was integrate a payment processor but after following the instructions the page i arrived at wasn't the same as in the tutorial. For this reason I will not be signing up as you have wasted enough of my time as it is.

Waiting List - Internal Notes
It would be helpful to be able to add notes to each waiting list person like we can on registrations. Also a filter option and check-in button would be nice.

When new members join, would like the e-mail notice sent to all system administrators and not just the overall system administrator.
We have 3 people listed as administrators, one of which is our membership director. Because I am the "primary" administrator, I get notified when a person applies for membership. The other administrators do not get notified. If all of us received the notice, it would eliminate an extra step for me to check for applicants and notify our membership director.
Another way to handle this would be to be able to specify who should receive notice of new applications. I have been unable to find such a feature.
1 voteYou can do this, see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Routing+of+system+emails
