An error occurred while saving the comment lhorvat2 commentedEgad, this issue is almost 7 years old? Then a work-around 2 years ago?!
Suggestions - 1st/preferred resolution) Emulate the same process to generate a Receipt for an Offline Payment as an Online Payment. That is, an automated RECEIPT (not another Invoice that says it's paid) should be emailed when the Admin saves the Payment information.
2nd/tolerable resolution) I understand there is still a need for a printed receipt, so keep the Preview-Print button for those situations. If the coders can't make an automated receipt for a Offline payment work, then keep the Email button too, just don't make me go through two (or more) screens to have the opportunity to email or print a RECEIPT. thankslhorvat2 supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment lhorvat2 commentedI would like an additional field - Login Date (or similar.) A field that would store every log in date; maybe 6- or 12-month's worth. I want to run a report for a specific date to find everyone that logged in THAT date. Very useful to me (and I think others) to track when an event, announcement, or a Facebook post, etc. attracts attention to our website that then motivates members to login to get more information.
An error occurred while saving the comment lhorvat2 commentedInclude a search criteria of 'login date' as opposed to 'LAST login date'. I want to know how many and who logged in on a specific date - such as a date that new content was posted. Make the 'login date' a selection for the export as well.

Merged several posts together, so that both public and admins lists can be customized. This is better for analysis and design to work on them together.

Sorry for the late update.
The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.
Thank you everyone for a valuable feedback.
lhorvat2 supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment lhorvat2 commentedCindy Cooper - are you saying you can automatically send WA email to a secondary email address? If yes, HOW do you do it?
For my website I also have a field for a second email address. However I can't link it, or use it as a macro. It's merely information in the database and is available in the Directory profiles. Please clarify. Thank you.An error occurred while saving the comment lhorvat2 commentedFantastic! This will be extremely important for one of my three sites. Thank you.
Our membership is a Home Owners Association for individuals 55+; approximately one quarter of our members do not have: an email address, access to the Internet, or the desire for either one. We still create a paper Directory (from the WA database) and we still snail mail to these folks. I'd love to print all of their member cards for them, heck I'd print all 416 of them just as a service, but that's not possible, YET! Please add this functionality soon. Thanks.
