You can tag “HOT” items with some tag and then put several catalog gadgets on the same page.
In the top catalog gadget, you can show only items tagged with you specific tag, and in another gadget show all the rest.
Does this solve a problem? An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Ann Moran commentedWhat I really want is a drag and drop feature so I can order the products on the page. At the moment I have to add an alpha/numerical code to the product titles to make them appear in the order I want.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ann Moran commentedI can't really visualise it. It would need an awful lot of gadgets. We have three shops, UK, EU, Rest of the World as it is.

You can upload multiple pictures for one product and configure several product variants. Is that enough or you’d prefer to duplicate items?
An error occurred while saving the comment Ann Moran commentedThe product variants do not work for us. It would be helpful to be able to duplicate items so I can edit them and not have to recreate them from scratch.

Concurrent membership is not something easy to implement - it would require fundamental redesign of how membership works in WA. However, I have couple of thoughts here that I wanted to hear your feedback on.
As I understand, there are 2 sides of the problem:
1. Collecting additional dues for services. E.g. Member is associate and board member, so you need to collect both dues.
- This can be addressed using our extra fields functionality. Maybe it's a bit clunky, but it should work. E.g. setup associate member as primary membership and add extra charge checkbox for being a board member.
- You can easily filter down any members you need with advances search by that extra field.
2. Setting correct permissions on website pages - here there's no workaround we could suggest, but adding permissions based on saved searches seems to feasable option.
Am I missing something? Will the…
An error occurred while saving the comment Ann Moran commentedChip, the only way we found was to purchase two plans, one for the corporate, one for the personal. People who are the representative for their corporate body sometimes get a bit confused about the two sign ins and memberships but it works.
The alternative was trying to get them to have two email addresses and for everyone to have to fill in a hugely complicated form to meet both corporate and personal needs and that just didn't work at all.
When I was researching different systems I did find one that coped with dual personal and corporate membership but unfortunately it was not as good as WA in most other respects!
Ann Moran supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Ann Moran commentedI definitely support this. We have to purchase two subscriptions to accommodate two different membership groups which often comprise the same individuals. We would only have to pay for one if we could have more than one membership level for an individual. A lot of our members find it very confusing that they have two different log ins for their personal and group memberships.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ann Moran commentedWe have two main levels of membership, meetings and individuals. Some members are registered in both levels and normally only have one email address. They are not the sort of people who are going to cope with setting up alternate email addresses.
Also, the Common Fields do not sit neatly with the application forms for the two classes of membership. Any workaround makes for a long, complicated and confusing form. Our members are not going to cope with this.
So we have had to buy two plans, one for each. They each work perfectly separately but trying to combine the data into one plan didn't work at all. However, our membership numbers mean that one plan would be more than sufficient for all our needs. It also makes life a bit more difficult for our admins when they have to switch members membership levels.
Can we please have the ability to have two separate systems for different classes of membership in one plan, so that individuals can be registered twice using the same contact details.

We're considering to take Donations during registrations/applications into development right now, but during analysis of the feature we ran into an issue where we would love to hear your feedback.
Essense of question: how would you like donations during applications or registration to be processed for offline payments (when your member/prospect decided to get an invoice and pay later)?
Some more details:
We can implement donations during event registrations/membership renewals for online payments - not a problem.
But when we're talking about offline payments, straighforward solution seems to be a bit expensive - we don't have invoices for donations or pledges yet.
So right now we're considering going on with straighforward online payments solution (donation will be added to payment transaction) and for offline payments - just include an invoice memo to buyer to add $XXX to his payment as donation for event/membership he has selected.
This way administrators would…
An error occurred while saving the comment Ann Moran commentedI raised this last year as by I got round it to some extent by adding voluntary extra charge fields named donations for the most popular amounts people tend to give in the new members and renewal forms and people do use this. But it limits the amounts and also makes for a more complicated process of extracting the donations from the subscriptions for accounting purposes. We need a field that people can enter their own amounts and is shown as a donation.
People have used the extra charge system for donations but don't make separate donations no matter how many explanations are available on the website.
Ann Moran supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Ann Moran commentedOur members who currently pay by check often add a donation when they subscribe and renew. We can't do this on the online membership form as the Extra Charges field has to have an amount specified. It would be nice to have a donation membership field where members can add a donation of their choice to their subscription/renewal.
Now, if they pay online they will have to make a separate transaction in order to make a donation and we are worried we will lose income because of this.

If we added new products I would have to renumber all the products to get them to appear in the order I want.
