    The use of macros seems unnecessarily restrictive.
    Can we have all macros work for all types of emails? Or, put another way: put tick marks in all boxes of the table in the Macros by Email Type on this Help page:

    Kim is asking for a properly implemented parent/child relationship for pages: the child inherits the properties of its parent. This request sounds more like a bug report than a new design feature.

    you need to think through the update process: embedding a calendar entry in someone's calendar doesn't help much if the event gets changed. Do you remember to RE-send to all those affected?
