Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on this idea. It shaped the design, and gave us the detail that made it workable.
The feature is in development. Here is what it will include:
- A new Event organizer role, separate from Event manager, so someone can run specific events without access to the rest of the account and other events.
- Three access levels, chosen per event: Check-in assistant, Registration manager and Event lead. Each level has own restrictions and designed accordingly.
- Organizer(s) are assigned on the Event details by Full administrators and Event managers.
- Organizers can’t see Contacts, Financial information, Emails and other pages. Only assigned events.
- A separate release of the mobile Admin app will follow shortly after the web release, to support the new role.
We’re aiming for a release in late November or December 2026. Dates may still move as we finish testing. We’ll post here…

A search function for "file attachment field X is not empty"would help greatly as most of our file attachment fields are application documents that have to be reviewed and evaluated by our staff. Thanks.

If you want to add event to your calendar from member-facing page, then you could use mobile app for members. Each event there can be added to your device calendar in a single tap.
Here is a related help article https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/1516#eventsIf you want to make a mass export of your events in other calendar system, like Google calendar, then you can use integration service Integromat. We already have a preconfigured integration scenario for WA + Google calendar pair and a similar one could be easily implemented for other calendars. This apply/approve function would be ideal for us. We currently use a different product just for student applications due to this.
