Great news! We have added waitlist cancellation options to our mobile app Wild Apricot for Members. The logic follows the same rules as for regular registrations. If cancellation is available for the ticket type, it will also be available for the waitlist.
We're looking into bringing this feature to our web app too. Stay tuned for updates and Happy Holidays!

We have started analysis for this issue, and it seems that key problem is how Wild Apricot handles level changes close to renewal date. The system is currently designed to collect the full new level amount and set renewal date according to new level renewal policy. All prepaid amounts for old levels are disposed. Moreover, since no prorating occurs, the new level might be effective only for a few days.
As a first step, we suggest to redesign how level change is working and add prorating there:
- Level would be changed immediately, as now - Remaining portion of old membership level payment will be applied to new level - For new levels with specific renewal date (e.g. annual levels with renewals Jan 1st) apply the pro-rating settings for new applications: - Allow member to pay only a pro-rated amount of the new level fee (e.g. six months before renewal…Karl Hakkarainen

Can be done using Theme overrides functionality – by fixing HTML code in the gadget templates. But I’ll be collecting comments to see if suggested user-friendly functionality needed by others.

We use the event gadget to display a list of upcoming events. Members cannot see if the event still has available seats until they click on an event and see the details.
We'd like to be able to change the event title to a different color or to add a text message indicating that the capacity has been reached. -

Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheetThese need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!

We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!

It would be helpful to allow admins to export a list of the events, including the unique ID, for archival purposes. As it stands now, we can only export registration information. An event list is only available via the API.

We would like to be able to offer a membership period that lasts for an arbitrary length of time. In one case, we need to have a seven month membership (December 1 through June 30).
