An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedWild Apricot is one of the worst email / web editors I've ever used. It's nice to have a product that integrates so much, and I'm thankful their support is usually quick to respond, but dang, the email and web editor is painful.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedThis would be quite handy for us. We have certain types of events that happen multiple times a quarter. We apply certain tags to these events. We want to do contact searches for those that have registered for specific types of our events. Having to choose a very long list of events is tedious and error prone and changes every quarter (as we add new events). We would instead like to be able to make a contact search based on event tag (of events contacts have registered for) - much simpler and the search would always be up to date (we don't have to keep adding specific events as we offer them). Thank you.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedThis solution does not seem to allow me to include event-specific information in the email sent (i.e., I can't refer to the event for which registration is pending), which is necessary for us in some important circumstances.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedWe want this sort of behavior for open invoices (we don't use membership).

An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedAnd... while the customer-facing registration pages sort the registration types alphabetically, the admin-facing Event List sorts the registration types by monetary value, it seems. I'd prefer these two views to use the same sorting scheme.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedWe also must work around this. We put a letter before each registration type, "A:", "B:", etc. But if you need to insert a new registration type or move them around - what a chore. I would like some way to define the order in the UI - similar to how the fields in the registration form can be ordered. Thank you.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedI'm currently hacking out a solution for payment plans and deposits. It is not pretty. Other event management services provide these features built-in. Please implement!
An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedIn the current flow, WA does not provide a deposit option. The deposit is only a partial payment on the full registration price.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedFully agree with Doug's post. It'd be very helpful.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedIntegrate with https://partial.ly?
An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedWe would like users to be able to (1) make a deposit followed by a large payment later; and / or (2) pay by an installment plan (it's ok if we have to manually configure the installment plan).
An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedWe would like installment plans for events.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ed Wayt commentedPlease, please make this change. We need to be able to communicate event updates to our registrants. These emails should not be treated as marketing messages ("email blasts").

The current behavior is largely counter-intuitive. The default should be that contact information is updated. This has bitten us numerous times, and is a hassle for registrants.
