An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedDean, thanks for commenting.
Agree that login function is not easy for members and could avoid them from renewing. We have several ideas how to improve this process and are working on this within this thread https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/suggestions/8827087
If your members already have unpaid renewal invoices you can add the link to invoice to renewal reminders, the {Invoice_Details_URL} macro. By using this link they can pay it without logging into the profile.

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedFrom Ed "I'd like to see our own membership numbers vs. the system ID as well. However, I'd like it set up to have a system option to automatically increment my member's Club ID# (say by 1 or 5 or 10 or ?) and not allow the user to edit it. Let the user display it or not in Privacy settings. Let Admin override the entry if needed. It's a nice way to see how many members join over a period of time - avg. per month, year, etc. when a I do a data extract."

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedTim, we are working on the solution for 'Mapping location' thread https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/suggestions/10515552.
This thread about zip code / radius search seems really close to that one.
As soon as we have any new updates, we will notify all supporters.Katya, Astra crew

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedLamees, thanks for posting.
The question is why you need to keep this information if you reject membership?
As the workaround, I can suggest you yo use Suspend function. In this case, the system doesn't delete all this information. Also, I merged your idea with existing one about tracking rejected applications.

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedSebastian, thanks for posting.
As I understand, in your case you need to calculate the renewal date for new members based on the date when they pay for their membership.
There are other administrators who need the opposite, current behavior when renewal date calculates based on join / invoice generation date. Both cases are valuable – I’ll wait for others to comment on this. Probably there should be an option in the level setup so admin can choose appropriate behavior.

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedIs it about the lapsed members who were archived and when decided to register to event? So they restored automatically as with lapsed membership status and counted on the membership level.
We are going to review this logic and will not restore membersрship if it was suspended.
But don't have any estimation yet.Katya, Astra crew

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedCorinne, sorry to hear about that situation.
Unfortunately, we can't do something quickly in the product. As a quick solution, I can suggest you use Privacy or Incognito mode in your browser. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Privacy_mode
You can open Wild Apricot account and log in as admin in one tab and WordPress in Privacy mode (or viсa verse) and will not have the conflict with Wild Apricot Public/Admin modes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedSimon, thanks for sharing.
As I understand you want to organize kind of hierarchy of administrators, right? But what does it mean for you? Different privileges or they will administrate different group of members? Is it about your local chapter or several chapters around the world?
Can you add a little bit more details to your request? Thanks.

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedBruce, you can change bundle another way.
For example, you need to move the bundle member from AA to BB. You can open bundle administrator's contact details, bundle BB, membership tab and use 'Add member' function. Select bundle member in the dialog. Also, see help page https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Membership+bundles#Membershipbundles-addingmemberstobundleAddingmemberstoabundle

Membership management features @ Wild ApricotAn error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedDale, if you suspend the membership of bundle member it becomes non-member (contact). Why this doesn't work for you? Or you need to delete membership at all, not suspension.

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedComment from our customer Walt Bilofsky:
"I suggest that omitting Pending - Level Change from the Directory is a bug, not a design choice.
Suppose I am a Silver member. I apply to change level to Gold so I become Pending - Level Change. I am still a member, but all of a sudden I disappear from the Directory. How can this ever be right?"Katya, Astra crew

I’m making this not just about events, but other lists too – this is a common usability problem.
An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedJohn, unfortunately, the issue with navigation between pages is known and hasn't been fixed yet. I merged your request with an existing one.
As I understood, the old post wich you mentioned, was about prev-next navigation between items in the list. When you filtered list, you can go through these items, from one item details to another without returns.Katya, Astra crew

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commented(by Sarah Didrikson)
"We would also like to see an option where certain fields are only available for the bundle administrator. If the bundle administrator is changed those field values would carry over the new administrator. For an example we have a company description, logo and industry. We would prefer to not have each contact see those fields in their profile." -

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedYou can setup 'Online payments only' for event. So registrants have to pay and then registration will be confirmed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedHi Larry, thanks for sharing.
As I understand, you have a membership level and all members on this level are archived. You need to delete this level and all these members. Am I right?
If so, you can delete membership level without any actions with archived members as you described. If all of them are archived our system allows you to delete such level.About deleting archived contacts. It makes sense for sure and your solution sounds good.

For now, this is not something we’re going to change – not sure if ever.
Workaround to use: create a special “entry” free level to apply to, and close “normal” ones for application. For the entry level, create also a dropdown field where a potential member can choose a level they want to apply to. Add other fields you need to assess the application. When application is successful, your admin is to change membership level to required one and generate membership invoice (membership upgrade invoice). The member will be emailed with the invoice and can pay. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Team Membership commentedNow, when existing contact or member is logged-in, this form is read-only. So, seems that if this form will be editable, the system will force them to fill required fields and also update their profile before subscribing.

The 'Offline' icon looks unclear, what about 'Cash' icon (attached to the thread)?
There is one concern: there are many offline payment methods, like checks, cash, bank transfers, etc.
