'Offline' payment icon looks confusing
This Offline icon is a terrible design. It looks like an error message, as if there is a missing payment method which is offline. It's causing confusion to event registrants. Maybe if it looked like a check it would make sense but it just looks like a missing credit card icon. It should probably say "Offline option" or something like that too.

This issue comes up constantly. Please fix, or let us choose which icons to display.

The offline icon is confusing for many. With no cards indicated it appears that whatever payment system we have, it's not working. Why not remove the icon altogether and let people choose from the options available after they click Register - they're not committed at that stage and if they don't want to use the options available they can cancel. This would be much clearer. With Katya's comments below and a member of the support team today agreeing that this wish list item is reasonable. It would be good to see this small change being made.

I have had two members today say they can't register for a meeting because the icon below the Visa MC icons say "offline". See screen shot. It confused me too. But it actually seems to mean "Offline payment also accepted" Please change the button text. Perhaps just to "Other". Thanks, Randolph Nesse, manager for ISEMPH.org

When an organization has multiple payment methods the Offline graphic gives the impression that the online payment system is offline.

The 'Offline' icon looks unclear, what about 'Cash' icon (attached to the thread)?
There is one concern: there are many offline payment methods, like checks, cash, bank transfers, etc.Katya, Astra crew

Agree, a better (less confusing) graphic is desirable

As it appears on the website, with the area near the credit card images (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), it looks like the credit card function is not processing.
