Old design proposal, not working on it yet and can be changed if we start working on it – https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0f9kMyQqlBsZ3FQOWRiMERRNkk/view?usp=sharing

Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:
We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.
You can try this integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2275-copy-google-calendar-into-wild-apricot-eventsGary Pendleton supported this idea · -

The thread was divided into two, managing guest registrations in admin app and registering guests in the member app.
The latter is in progress, you can find the update here: https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932/suggestions/48343238

An error occurred while saving the comment Gary Pendleton commentedI agree that having a "Digest" version of upcoming events would be great.

An error occurred while saving the comment Gary Pendleton commentedWe often need this feature--I set up a registration type that requires a Registration Code. Then we just have to provide the registration code to the presenters/sponsors/etc.
One problem is that the presenter then has to complete the entire registration form which may ask for information that is not relevant, and sometimes confusing. For our next big event (registration opens in may) I'm thinking that using the new "attending/not attending" feature just for presenters might solve this problem, if I can figure out how to effectively group them for a personalized event email.

An error occurred while saving the comment Gary Pendleton commentedI agree that requiring to select from existing contacts for manual entry of donations is awkward.

An error occurred while saving the comment Gary Pendleton commentedThis would be very useful. We have multiple people entering events, and a separate person who monitors enrollment. There are many internal notes that we now keep on paper files, but would be useful to have attached to the online event. In addition to what Gill mentioned: Special parking/access rules, specifics about what is included in the fee, whether siblings are allowed.
We have mostly families registering under a single email, so for maximum numbers is it by how many people total vs. number of families. -

We’re collecting comments and votes for now, no actual development is planned so far
An error occurred while saving the comment Gary Pendleton commentedWe send our paper renewal letters to lapsed members, solicitations, and special event announcements and we need to be able to include the names of all members in a bundled membership.
We do a work around, by exporting to Excel then manually matching bundle members to their administrator. Very time intensive and prone to many mistakes!
Is there a way to export the memberships so that the bundle members are integrated into the bundle administrator's account?
Team Astra-just got back onto this wishlist and saw your earlier email, because I just ran into this problem again. We have a membership level "Double" that allows two bundled members. We also have an "Individual" level for one person. A bundle admin (Call her Jane) for a Double wanted to switch to an Individual. I suspended and archived the bundle member (call him John), but I was not allowed to change Jane to an Individual.
Following your instructions on the help pages, I needed to reassign John to a new category and Jane to a new category. The only way I could get it to work was: I actually created a new "admin-only" "Non-member" membership category. I could then assign John to this, and then assign Jane to an Individual.
I guess, I could have switched Jane to a Bundle Member, then converted her membership to an Individual; the suspended or archived John. This was not very intuitive when I what I needed to do was suspend John and convert Jane to an Individual.
Either way--a lot of steps when there should be a way to strip membership status from someone and have them be a Contact without any membership category.
At the least, the help page should be updated to explain all the steps that need to be done rather than a vague "assign them to a new member category"
