We’re looking into this request in much broader context – we want to simplify overall management of contacts, lists, saved searches. Saved search should be perceived as smart lists and provide quick access to various contact and member groups.

Why is there no way to copy Event announcement #1 to Event announcement #2 or #3?
Even copying from sent emails doesn't work as event announcements don't show up there!
This makes absolutely no sense.

Another big feature of CRMs that's missing is the ability to record relationships - marriage, parent/child, school/student, company/employee etc.
Also, tracking multiple fundraising campaigns and appeals.

After editing the subject line, drafts are still saving as the old Subject, so you can't even find the draft you're looking for.
Surely this is an actual BUG and not just poor design?
