Select sent email in new email wizard
In the new email wizard when it makes you select a template, I would like to be able to go to my email log and select a sent email as well. (Like I was able to before when composing a message.) This would let me use a sent email as the basis for my new email. I do this for reminders or to re-send an email to a different group of people.
I know there is a way to go to the log first, then resend an email that way, but it would be helpful if this was an option in the wizard when you compose an email instead of only being able to select a template.
I liked it the way it worked before. I could re-send to the list of people I sent to. Now i am not able to do that. I don't want to create a group for any of my smaller email blasts to subsets of people in the group and I don't want to have to type in all of the names again and remember who I sent it to in the first place.

As Mary mentioned above, now you should go to the log first or create a template, or create a template from a sent email.

Have to agree with the above. Its very frustrating at the moment to send a email. Used to be very simple especially when you wanted to edit a previously sent email. Now it takes longer and is stressful
It REALLY frustrates us now when we choose the "send email" from the member's page and our only options are to compose a new email or use a template. We regularly want to edit/customize a recently-sent email without going back and forth between "save as new email" - edit - choose contact - email - and then go back and do it all over with the next individual. This is especially true when we have new member applications. If I remember right, the option to choose "previously sent" existed before the new wizard.
thank you for pointing out this case. It sound like you want to have a template for your emails, so they look alike and use old email draft to do that.
Could you tell us exact steps that you followed before new email design? What did you do with the new email, once you saved it, or did you send it right away?

I do not like the new email wizard. I am not able to take one of my current emails, edit it, and save it as a new email.
