We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to send birthday emails.
You can try the integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2274-happy-birthday-to-wild-apricot-members

An error occurred while saving the comment Terry O'Donnell Parsons commentedIt REALLY frustrates us now when we choose the "send email" from the member's page and our only options are to compose a new email or use a template. We regularly want to edit/customize a recently-sent email without going back and forth between "save as new email" - edit - choose contact - email - and then go back and do it all over with the next individual. This is especially true when we have new member applications. If I remember right, the option to choose "previously sent" existed before the new wizard.

An error occurred while saving the comment Terry O'Donnell Parsons commentedAgree! It's very odd to enter subject at end (I searched online for quite a while to even figure it out) and a problem because we have drafts of multiple emails. I wish the dashboard still showed above the email - not just a window you have to x out of

I’m making this not just about events, but other lists too – this is a common usability problem.

Ad’s management is a huge business with strong players, so building something competitive will cost us a fortune. There is quite low probability that we will take it into development in the nearest future.
For simple cases we recommend to use existing CMS functionality to inject ad’s into site pages. In case if you need precise control on what and when should be shown, then we recommend to integrate 3-rd party solutions.

my work around: manually double check each new membership that birthday is written as a Month (October instead of 10 -- doubly important since we have North American and Europeans using different date systems) and then do a search for "April" and export and include list in monthly newsletter. People tend to email us when we miss them, so it catches the mistakes.
