  1. adding events to external calendar from email

    When I send event emails and invitations I want to give people the option to add the event to their own calendar. The instructions in HELP say to append the event URL with "/export."

    However, this doesn't seem to work. First of all, when I append the /export to the event URL in the body of my email, the whole URL is not clickable as one single URL. When I click on the "export" part of it, it does allow me to download a .ics file, but that is not my calendar application - I use Google calendar. Others use…

  4. Send event reminders to guests

    Right now, you can set whether event confirmations and pending notices are/aren't sent to guests. But there are no options for reminder emails. Today, the only way to send a reminder to guests is to create a custom search for the guests at that specific event. It would be great to be able to be able to have a check box in the event setup to make this standard for an event.

  5. Number of registrants

    Registration and ticket purchases. We have had so much trouble with this feature. We really like the set up but about 10% goof it up and do not realize they are the first registrant and the box is for additional registrants. So, they enter the total in the box and they get to the next page and it charges them for an addition person. Out of a hundred it has happened at least ten times.   6. Add more options to event date range selection

    The drop-down for selecting a date range for events in the admin panel has the following options:
    — This month
    — This year
    — Last month
    — Last year

    Please add:
    — Next month
    — Next year

  7. Change waitlist default setting for collecting attendee info

    Wait List: currently has setting at event level for 3 options for collecting attendee info. Default is name/email. I would prefer default to be collect all registration info. When you move someone to the event from Wait List, you need all the info anyway, so just collecting name/email is not that useful. AND if you fail to change the setting on every registration type, it also fails to collect all info. At minimum the Event level setting should make all registration types default to the same setting as the event. We have had major issues with having to re-register wait…

    We need the ability to export our waiting list participants into an excel spreadsheet. Currently it only pulls the class registrants with no option to add or pull the waiting list.

  11. Stop showing the UTC in the calendar

    Can we stop UTC showing up in the calendar and emails?
    It is confusing people who are trying to work out what the time function is on. I didn't know what UTC was, I had to look it up.

  12. Mandatory payment for event registration: complete a registration only when a payment is received

    I have two sites that I have just created and thought before hand (Prior to last update) that I tried the registration process. I recall being able to turn off manual or offline payments which in turn would only complete event registrations only if an online payment was received.

    Now that I have built these two sites and see that "invoices" are being created and people are regsitering without paying online, it is creating a major problem and adding a tremendous burden on our businesses in multiple ways.

  13. Limiting tickets sold per ticket type

    Hello, I run a singles group and would like a feature where I have 20 tickets to sell, but only 10 womens tickets and 10 mens tickets.

    Currently the system will allow me to limit tickets to 20, but I could have 20 women sign up unless I dillegently (really dilligently) watch ticket sales and disable womens tickets sales once it reaches 10.

  15. QR codes scan for event attendance tracking

    Does anyone know a way to use QR codes with WildApricot? It would be a nice way to handle check-in to events, etc. if we can get the reservation to print with a QR code.

  16. Report or export event registrations across all events

    I can't be the only one doing this. I award participation points for my club. I'd like to be able to see on-line or pull a report showing ALL events that an attendee has participated in for a given period of time (IE monthly, annually). The information is all captured I just need a way to pull it out.

  17. Update the registration pop-up for RSVP events to indicate "Additional" guests.

    so the registrar doesn't include themselves as a guest and create a duplicate counts. This is happening way too often for events where RSVP is critical.

    In 6.17 version we released the new field type ‘File attachments’ for an event registration form. Attendees can upload documents and images as well.
    I believe this covers requests presented in this thread.

    Thank you for implementing Simplified Event Registration - https://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825605 . It's a great first step - but there are many other suggestions in that item that could not all be implemented right away. So I will start this wishlist item to capture my suggestion and others to come.

    Could you please improve this feature by adding either a field for number of people, and/or checkboxes for each member if it is a bundle membership? These would be options in setting up the event.

  20. Allow members and/or conference registrants to upload file attachments - like abstract submission

    Our academic society would find it extremely useful if members -- or better yet, conference registrants -- could upload files (e.g., Word docs, PDFs). This would allow presenters at the conference to share papers prior to the conference, potentially enhancing the feedback that they would get from other conference-goers. We would really like to provide this service for our members/conference attendees.

    Dear supporters,

    With the new release 6.18 version, we added the ability to create File attachments field for Common and Membership forms.
    So now, you can collect documents/images from your members, subscribers, registrants. Members can share their documents with others via Public profile. You can upload files and download files right in contact, member or registration details.
