Xero fast growing cloud based accounting package. The offer a great discount to non-profits and I found the transition form Quickbooks to be great. It would be great to build an integration to sync WA members to Xero contacts and also WA invoices to Xero invoices. I find both platforms productivity boosters. It would great if they could work together.
We’re considering using WA for membership but no Xero link no deal I’m afraid.
This would seek a lot more licences for you guys
All the best from Oz.

Xero is really starting to be used more and more in Canada for accounting software, especially with the outages in QBO that are frustrating users. We have moved most of our bookkeeping practice over to Xero. I too recommend integration between Wild Apricot and Xero.
Plus, they are lovely to deal with.
Xero integration is a must for me. Unless you can offer this I won't be proceeding further.

it would be fantastic if Wild Apricot could integrate directly with Xero's accounting software. Not through a third party (e.g. Integromat - i do not need all this extra stuff!) and certainly not with an extra cost attached. I have other software that is seamlessly integrated with Xero.

Xero integration should be on the roadmap.
I'm currently reviewing Wild Apricot for my client, but without integration to Xero I'm stopped in my tracks. What is your Product Roadmap with regards to integration with Xero in future please?

Well I guess I'll just join the others. XERO integration is a must for us. We are considering WA and I must say the website flexibility is great. BUT....with no XERO integration we will have to look elsewhere....sadly, because WA is a good product. Most other software companies in this space are moving to integrate with XERO (if they have not already). I think WA will lose many prospective clients over this.

Hello, sentiments echo everyone else. Respectfully - I wonder if WA team is aware of a) the market uptake of Xero against legacy products and b) Orgs looking to move to WA are considering looking at integration (automation) between their financial system as well as their CRMs (WA).
We would be looking for.
1.0) Two way exchange of information between WA and Xero for the purposes of reconciliation.
2) Mirroring fields (accounts).
Honestly, I'm surprised WA dev team wouldn't be able to assume what the benefits are and where synergy's could be created between the two products for the benefit of your user base?

I have just moved a business over from Quickbooks to Xero and they have just started with WA but I discovered there is no integration with XERO. There is no possibility of going back to Quickbooks so can you please provide a timeline for WA & XERO integration. I have a consulting group who have also subscribed to WA but have the same issue of needing XERO integration. It is a MUST HAVE!!!!!
No updates here yet. Most likely we will integrate QuickBooks online first, but that's still in a queue

Any update on the possibility of Xero and WP integration? I have clients wanting this solution here in Australia.

This will be a deal breaker for up to 200 plus organisations! Must be added asap. Xero are the most pro active company that connects to most platforms WA needs to get on board with this.
We don't have such integration right now, but you could try to implement it using Integromat https://www.integromat.com/en/integrations/wild-apricot/xero
Xero integration would be great!

We'd love to see integration with Xero. Integration is becoming more & more important to us.

WA please reconsider your stance on integration with Xero. We use both but the extra work involved because of the lack of integration is seriously making us consider moving away from WA as our membership grows.
We would be keen. Xero is a 100% must have to even consider Wild Apricot.
Very critical integration in order to consider WA.

Is anyone still interested in Xero / Wild Apricot integration? I am looking into this for a client at the moment. If you are keen on this feature please email me at: calum [at] convergedesign.com.au
I fully support the need for integration with Xero. I've got two clients using WA, both using Xero. I'm looking at moving two others, but the lack of integration is actually holding me back on this decision. Double handling of membership invoicing is costly, inefficient and unnecessary in this day and age.
