it would be fantastic if Wild Apricot could integrate directly with Xero's accounting software. Not through a third party (e.g. Integromat - i do not need all this extra stuff!) and certainly not with an extra cost attached. I have other software that is seamlessly integrated with Xero.

I don't want to void an invoice but i do need a credit note which will cancel out the invoice and which i can send to the member showing that the original invoice (or part of it) has been removed.

We currently use MailChimp for our Newsletters as it has really great statistical reporting on clicks, opens etc. Also the templates are easier to use than WA.
When will Wild Apricot have reporting (and templates) that is as good please?
We would prefer to use WA for everything so we do not have to maintain a second database but the WA newsletter template is clunky as well as poor reporting.
