Allow bundle administrator and other bundle related macros in emails
Another interesting suggestion:
"I would like to be able to use hidden or administrator fields in email macros. We are an officials association and I use the bundles to group crews together. I would like to be able to identify the bundle (crew) administrator in the bundle member renewal notifications but it's not a field I can add. I just have to tell them to contact their crew administrator for renewal. It would be especially nice if I could get the name of the crew administrator included (rather than just email) but that would be more complex. "
Released in version 5.13: help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Release+5.13
You can now insert macros to automatically display bundle information in emails.

We need an option to show all of the bundle members on the membership renewal invoice that goes out to the bundle administrators. This would save them from logging in to view all of the names when they receive their renewal invoice.

I have a membership level that allows organizations to have multiple members at a reduced rate. When setting up our wild apricot account the best way to accommodate this membership structure was to use a bundle. The problem comes with the auto generated renewal email reminders. I need a way to list the members in the bundle for the administrator in the email in case changes need to be made before the membership is renewed.

I just realized that it would be beneficial for our association to be able to list the bundle members in an email to the Admin. sometimes our members forget who has access and it would be great to have a list so it makes them SEE who is in there and who is not. Better than just saying...check your list of bundle members. (bc they rarely do)

This is particularly true for government agencies that have bundle memberships. There is the underlying suspicion that somehow the government if being cheated if the pricing is not "per member" and the members are not listed on the invoice, even if the agency is being given a nice discount overall.

I'd extend this to have macros for the administrator plus the bundle members' names. This would be useful in automatic membership-related emails where you want to include as much detail as possible in the confirmation and renewal emails so that the admin feels comfortable that all the people they thought they included in their bundle are, in fact, in the bundle.
Example: A school PTA organization's members typically consist of a bundle of one or more parents and one or more children. Only one parent (usually mom) is the person who handles the membership application/renewals, and the membership emails only go to the bundle admin (mom). However, the macros only allow me to put the contact name macro (mom) in the automatic emails, not the associated bundle members. This sometimes leads to confusion because the bundle admin (mom) worries that she paid for 4 memberships but only one is in the system.

It would be useful to be able to insert the bundle administrator name, and email address, into an email to a bundle member. For larger groups, this would ensure that members enrolled by the bundle admin know who that admin is and how to contact them. For example, by including the bundle admin name and email in the new bundle member notification email.

Being able to use macros of the budle administators data would be a big help for us.

When an organization wants to pay for one or more members, the renewal notice has to go to A/P or the bookkeeper or someone like that. It would be great if there was some way to list the members (from the bundle) in the email so that s/he knows who is supposed to be paid for.
