Enhancements for Insert picture
When i add a photo it is put into the whole mix and i have to search for the filename.
There should be a search box for pictures uploaded, also recently uploaded (today/week/month)
Also when you upload a photo it should automatically goto that photo after you upload.
Insert Photo via link. I have to go browse, select link, it downloads to temp, then uploads to the server. I would like to link to photos on the net i know will never move (such as my movie hosting sites)

is that possible that WA adds user name or id to a picture when a member make an application? So, I could easily find a member picture for other purposes like member cards , exams and etc.

Yeah, you are absolutely right - this usability bug is our oversight when implementing the new file management mechanism... Unfortunately we do not have a quick fix because we use a third-party component for file browsing/upload and it does not allow to do what you have described. So we have to redesign this dialog - which would take some time.

When inserting a picture, you browse and upload it, and then have to search through all your uploaded pictures to insert it. Couldn't it stay selected after uploading?

Right now sort can only be changed in detail list mode - then switch to thumbs mode. View can be changed if you change the columns so that you can see some empty space after right most column (Date modified) and right click in it.
I do agree that these aspects should be improved so thanks for bringing to our attention!

Being able to sort in thumbnail mode would be ideal.
Sort by File Size, File Name, Date Added, Type,
Ive yet to find a way to go back to thumbnail way when I goto detail mode?

Are you talking about Insert picture dialog for web page editing, just to clarify?
Your points make good sense. Can you elaborate how would you use the search for recently uploaded pictures? (E.g. how is it better than simply click on the uploaded date column to sort by that and scan the list?)
