Color-format events based on event tags
I'd like to be able to have just one calendar, with different event tags displayed differently, like in a different color or style or size. Currently I'm using two different calendars, which is a bit awkward. What do you think?

I would like to recommend the option of color coding events on the calendar postings, so that we could more easily identify between Board Meetings, Member Events, or Community Events, etc.

Unfortunately, there is no built in functionality for this, but perhaps you could create some custom javascript. You can contact our partners who can help you with this customization.

I would also like the ability to colour categorise calendar events, right now we use multiple calendars, but all one 1 calendar, with different colours for each category would be great.
Green for Cub events, Yellow for Scouts, Red for Leaders, Blue for Commitee, etc.

I second second the request. We want one calendar but have different types of events and would like to somehow distinguish them and make them sortable by the user, for instance, regular meetings, board meetings, special events, etc.
