Live chat for support for paid members of Wild Apricot, not just free trial
I'd really love the live chat feature to be available to paid members. I miss it!

Yeah, this doesn't work. I've been trying all day to get live chat working on our paid account. I've submitted several requests for live chat without any response beyond a new ticket from the automated system. Fairly disappointing to have sat here pretty much all day without a single response.

I am an administrator on our account. WA is not allowing me to get to the admin side of the account. Telling me Access Denied. I cannot get to the member pages to enter the stack of checks I have on my desk. Waiting 1-2 Business days to get it resolved is not helpful. ORIGINAL PAGE DISAPPEARED

The fact that the live support isn't available for paying members almost feels like a scam since the support was one of the main reason for choosing wild apricot. I sincerely hope that you will give paying members the live support, it feel like a gigantic dealbreaker

Wow... I'm glad I saw this before my trial expired. It will be a factor in choosing whether to purchase or not.

I worked very hard to get our Arts Council to purchase Wild Apricot. I was very impressed with the Live Chats and they helped me numerous times with questions and figuring out how to do things. We are an older groups, and are not computer savy. One of my main points on selling this to the board was the incredible help in the online chats. EXCEPT WHEN YOU PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION,the live chat dissapears. So we are now left with a million questions and no one to answer them. The live chat should be extended until the group purchasing has their group set up, I would say 30 days would be enough. No one has time to go through all the videos to get an answer to a question. So, what would make WA amazing to us is a live chat availability for the first 30 days after purchasing. We may end up cancelling our purchase if this isn't addressed. No where in anything on your website is there any notice that live chat dissappears once you pay. NOT HAPPY

Since we signed up for membership and paid you, we seem to have lost the tech support text window that was there during our trial. This was very helpful, and I would like to see it back.

Yes, I miss it too. My upgrade to paid turned out to be a downgrade when chat went away!
