Online Store Report / Download orders
We need reporting capabilities of items sold from the store. We can report on the invoices, but not at the item level.
Right now, all we get is an email with the order items and quantities. Keeping track of inventory involves reading through emails and adjusting order-by-order.
Good news! We have implemented exporting online store orders in latest 7.20 release. Just press Export button on order list and here you are
Alongside with export, we have added filtering of order list by order status, date or buyer – this will help to narrow down your list and export file.

Pleeeeeease. We use the store a lot. We have a Christmas order coming up and we literally have to click on every single order to count the inventory and double check the order!!!! It is such painful process right now.

Wow, over a year and no response from WA. This is essential for using the store. We need reporting.

I thought we were over this by now. Collecting data that the system cannot report on is a 50 year error.

Ditto to all the requests for export /reporting functions. And what about importing items to the catalog? We're toying with the idea of using the store to manage our lending library. Our library catalog already exists as an Excel file. Cutting and pasting into the WA store is doable, but slow.

Allow export of Store log so I can collect fee for art shows and place information on a spreadsheet for reconciliation.

Store is great but I need to download orders to excel so they can be fulfilled and shipped. Right now its a painful manual process.

How about adding inventory report to show what we have left in inventory in addition to a report showing what sells?

It's essential that you're able to export orders from the store with customer name and address. Addresses could then be printed on mailing labels in another app. This is currently not possible. Instead you have to go into each individual order for the customer details. Unless there's another way?

We are also holding off on switching to your store feature until a suite of reporting features is added. Having a store without adequate reporting options is virtually useless. Hoping this will be added soon so we can migrate our store over since we host our organizations website here.

This is really important. Our committees don't want to use the store because the reporting is so difficult.

Please - we need to be able to track items sold from the store - a total is just not good enough.

Please export product details in a store report. Right now I have to click into every purchase to find out what was purchased. It is a waste of time.

Regarding our wonderful Store functionality, what would make it perfect for an order administrator will be to implement a better Orders report that helps identify and prioritize orders. An idea would be to add a column with the ordered Product(s) TAG(s) and or an export function like in the case of Events.

Can you let us export orders in csv format?
If I have large number of orders, it will be easier if I can export it and fulfil it via a spreadsheet.
