This is an excellent suggestion. We currently pay $1 per year to our ISP to forward emails this way. But we have to maintain the alias lists at the ISP, which is a real pain. I would be happy pay this to Wild Apricot if the Alias could be managed as part of the contact, eg. Member is Boss@org.ca with a primary email alias in the contact. GoDaddy used to do this for free but are now charging for the service.
Seems interesting. Thanks for the comment.

I do this through our domain name holder, GoDaddy.com. It's free and so easy to set up. When officers change, I just go in and change the email address that is masked by the official title.
Excellent idea - would be a great value added feature!
My organization currently pays for an external website host primarily to have email forwarding as described in the original comment.
Having mailboxes would be nice but mostly we need to pass email sent to email@example.com on to the current officer, etc.

Set up emailing tools similar to what group spaces has so that I can send an email to skunkworks+students@wildapricot and it only sends to a certain group. Also, I should be able to send this email from outside the wild apricot tool
