   I do this through our domain name holder, GoDaddy.com. It's free and so easy to set up. When officers change, I just go in and change the email address that is masked by the official title.

    I tried to create several "saved searches" in the advanced section so I could send one email to the entire board. But each time I added a new "saved search", when I went to send an email to just one of the groups, it would pull up all of them. In other words, I have 3 groups (saved searches) to choose from: New Members Notice (5), Board of Directors (18), Activity Chairs (20). So I choose the Board of Directors to send an email to, but WA pulls up 43 members!! The only way to get JUST the BOD, is to delete all other saved searches. That is crazy!

    Absolutely agree that this whole thing needs help. Shouldn't have to go into so many steps to simply select one group to send an email to.

    I agree with this --- I am very new to WA and find it extremely frustrating. The Help section is detailed, but so many times it is hard to find answer to my questions in an easy way. So much time is wasted when it might be found in an open member forum.
