Frequently, we want to send the calendar out to the membership to get them to participate more. The ability to Print the Calendar to a file or to PDF would enable us to email the calendar out. As well, our team would appreciate being able to post the calendar at the Gym to show the dates for the classes.

We love this idea. We have three classes of items to reserve. We would like the Calendar to be one for each class. One class is like an event and can have multiple registrations for a date. The other classes are one per item per date. Please add our vote for this!

Can the Files function be expanded to support email Templates?
We also need to store and access documents by our members and would love to have a tool like this as a gadget.

This is an excellent suggestion. We currently pay $1 per year to our ISP to forward emails this way. But we have to maintain the alias lists at the ISP, which is a real pain. I would be happy pay this to Wild Apricot if the Alias could be managed as part of the contact, eg. Member is Boss@org.ca with a primary email alias in the contact. GoDaddy used to do this for free but are now charging for the service.
