let bundle admins add existing contacts to their bundle
We have a problem with bundle admins creating duplicate contacts because there isn't a way for them to add an existing contact to their bundle or even know the duplicate exists. Then we have to fix the mistake on the back end.

when registering for an event it would be beneficial if the bundle administrator could register all, part of or individual members of their bundle and then proceed to pay for those they registered. The system should be able to recognize members of the bundle and automatically register them.

From our support request: "One of our bundle managers tries to add a person to his plan, but she registered to an event before. He is unable to add her. I think this should be possible, shouldn't it?".
The problem is that right now our system only allows adding records through that screen which do not yet exist in your membership database. If a member is in contact database already, account administrators (not bundle admin) would have to do it through the system back-end interface.
