System slow and locking up
WA seems to freeze up a lot, take a long time to process and is down. VERY frustrating when you have work to do and this system isn't working right.

2 votesPayPal has decided to discontinue further development of Payflow Link, it is stated as Legacy system in their docs and available only for existing users.
So we will unlikely support it, unless PayPal decides to revive the project. -
Add bill.com payment system support
Adding bill.com to the available payment systems would allow seamless integration with PNC an other banks.

"Ideal" payment gateway for Netherlands and other European countries
The accepted online payment method in The Netherlands and other European countries is via "Ideal" (https://www.ideal.nl/en/). Implementing this payment method could open up a market for WildApricot use in these countries.

Upcoming Events & Viewing in Settings
An HOA such as ours has a lot of daily activities that are ongoing.
Each one of these shows up in Upcoming Events and this is not necessary. We would like to highlight the big events only in Upcoming Events gadget. Could there be an option added to the Events settings that would give a choice regarding an event being promoted on Upcoming Events?
Also I would prefer the Events to be in reverse sort order. I want them to appear in current down to future events.2 votes -

Notes field in events - stop gap for wait list functionality
It would be really great to have a Notes field in each event that Admins could use for adding names on a wait list or just notes about the event as we create it. I know you are working on a wait list function but this would be a great stop gap.

List of event registrants who have cancelled
It would be useful to be able to list contacts who have, at one time, registered for an event, then subsequently cancelled. Having such a list would allow prioritizing limited event slots to people likely to actually attend.

Disabling workflow emails
Does anyone know why there is no option to disable ONLY the workflow emails? It first appears that you can just uncheck the box, but this is not so--when you click "edit" the message says you can only disable it if you choose to disable ALL email to the member.
This is an issue because we've had several members complain about the influx of too many emails.
Am I missing something?
2 votesWe cannot disable workflow emails, they are required for proper system functioning. But I do agree that number of email has to be decreased and as Oleg mentioned, we have another post for this.
