  1. Wishlist - Unsubscribe from Individual Items

    For those of us who comment on a lot of Wishlist items, it would be helpful to be able to unsubscribe from email notifications on individual items.

    At present I believe we can only do that by unvoting, or by unsubscribing to all email notifications of comments.

    There are a lot of items I support, but only a few that I want to participate in continuing to discuss, especially when a lot of the comments amount to "me too" or "when?"

    It's getting to be a deterrent in voting for items.

  2. Allow images from photo albums to be available for sale

    More easy customization options (ie. layout on member directory page or linking photo albums to scrolling headers or ability to sort photo gallery alphabetically/by date/by title, etc.).

  3. Restore archived members as contacts without membership

    Some of our past members would like to receive the email blasts we send out via Wild Apricot. When I try to go in and pull these past members out of archive, I am not able to make them just contacts. I am able to change their status to lapsed member, but doing so skews our membership count. Could you make a cleaner way to make past members contacts without adding them to the number of members?

  4. Orbital Gateway support

    Hello! We have been super impressed with the features and functionality of the site so far and are appreciative of all the work your team does. This request is for Payment Options, our organization uses Chase Paymentech with the Orbital Gateway and we would like to see built in support to the WildApricot system rather than having to go through CRE Secure (who is extremely unresponsive and does not give off the feeling of optimal data security). We would also like to see PayPal's PayFlow Link supported as well and although that system requires using their Hosted Checkout Page, it…

    We have a mobile app for administrators actually. You can manage memberships and events as well as do some basic actions with invoices and payments.

    If it isn’t fit your needs feel free to describe what would you like to have in the app.

  7. Search for empty date field

    I want to find the users where the date field "Birth Date" is not set to a date. Tried advanced search.

    Birth Date <is> <date not set>

    returns exactly the same data as

    Birth Date <is not> <date not set>

    I think if no date is set then it should use NULL. This would allow to test for an empty field. Is there any other way to search where the field has not been entered for date?

    Better proration of dues when someone join midyear.

    Send e-mails to a select group of people who have registered for an event - don't want to send an e-mail to all registrants

    Allow individuals to purchase admission to 1 or more meetings, e.g., 1 meeting $35.00 or 3 meetings for $90.00

  11. Restrict membership to dues paying members only

    I would like to see an enhancement in the way membership forms are taken that will restrict the membership form from creating a profile if a member has submitted an application but has not yet paid their annual membership dues. The way the membership form is currently set up is that it allows a person to sign up for a membership, but does not force them to pay their dues in order to create a profile. Instead, an invoice is created and they have the option to pay or not pay. Paying dues should NOT be an option. Either they…

    The request is no longer relevant.
    There is a setting in membership level “New applications” tab called “Payment has to be received in full before membership is activated”. If it is enabled, new members do not receive any special privileges, they are just regular contacts with pending invoice.

    When we started with WA almost a year ago, we made it clear that it was important to us to be able to process C/C transactions and that our payment processor was Elavon. We were told that Elavon support was expected to be included in your next release, and this was a major factor in our decision to adopt WA.

    As we now know, your solution was based on the use of CRE Secure as an intermediary. Unfortunately, at our relatively low transaction volumes, this solution would nearly double our C/C processing costs, which is not feasible.

  13. Member List Searches Missing Administration Search Criterion

    Currently the only administration criterion you can search for in the Advanced search area of the member list is "Administration access" is granted or denied.

    It would be far more useful to allow selection criterion that correctly mirrors the actual administrator settings in the database, those being:
    * Account administrator (Full access)
    * Account administrator (Read-only access)
    * Membership manager
    * Event manager
    * Donations manager
    * Website editor - All pages
    * Website editor - Selected pages

    I see. Deleting an event deletes all its event registrations AND invoices linked to those registrations - they are interdependent. So now you have payments without corresponding invoices. Unfortunately the only way to handle this now is manually delete all these payments one by one.

  15. Limit number of members in a level

    We would like to suggest a feature that allows for membership to be automatically stopped at a certain number during membership renewals. For example, we can "cap" it at 25 of a certain type and it will stop accepting renewals or new members when that many have signed up.

  17. terrible email construction

    Can you PLEASE make the email feature easier to use? I called help desk and had a 1/2 conversation today about issues I couldnt resolve, and then after hanging up I tried to insert a table into the email (3x) and it disappeared after I saved and closed. Also tried to wrap text around image (5x) and every time I saved (twice or three times pressing the left button and also right save button) the formatting was lost lost lost. Five times. Finally on the sixth time it worked. Now I am afraid to open email again. EVERY SINGLE TIME…

    Feedback on the polls feature.
    1) I love that you are working on this and really that this is a beta.
    2) Would love to be able to stop and edit a poll rather than having to stop the polling and delete the whole poll.
    3) Would love to be able to change the CSS (like a gadget) I do realize I can do this by changing the template CSS but the people I work with are not all webmasters.

  20. Members That Have Never Logged In

    Date field criteria for Saved Searches are too limited. Current options are:
    On or before
    Is
    On or after
    This month
    This year
    Last month
    Last year
    Is not
    Any

    I need the criteria "NULL" for a report that will yield those members who have never logged in. Our +55 community-website has many tech-challenged individuals; I want to reach out to them. But I want an easier way (other than reviewing the Email settings and log for each person) to reach out to them.
