terrible email construction
Can you PLEASE make the email feature easier to use? I called help desk and had a 1/2 conversation today about issues I couldnt resolve, and then after hanging up I tried to insert a table into the email (3x) and it disappeared after I saved and closed. Also tried to wrap text around image (5x) and every time I saved (twice or three times pressing the left button and also right save button) the formatting was lost lost lost. Five times. Finally on the sixth time it worked. Now I am afraid to open email again. EVERY SINGLE TIME I TRY TO COMPOSE A NEWSLETTER OR ANYTHING MORE COMPLICATED THAN A SIMPLE EMAIL - I AM LEFT COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED AND UNABLE TO CONTINUE WITH THE PROJECT. There are NO TUTORIALS other than "use the template" which has never worked previously. The Layouts that have multiple columns are so difficult to use I end up switching to one column. For a huge price increase that our organization recently had - I am so completely disappointed with your system. Looking at other member management systems with better email systems.
