Ability to remove or turnoff Preheader from Emails
It appears that we either will have both a header and a pre-header in email templates or neither. I wish that we had the capability to remove a pre-header or prevent it from displaying in the emails.
Right now, all I can do is leave it blank, but it still displays as two lines of empty space in my emails.

I’m archiving this thread because pre-header area is a simply the very same content area as the one below. The only difference is the content (and the transparent background.
The padding or margin settings might be the reason for a greater gap than you expect it to be. There is a capability to minimize that area. The proposed actions would be:
- Remove text or other objects from the pre-header area
- Set margin and padding settings to 0 (these settings can be found on the left panel while the area is active, clicked on)Hope that helps!

Extending membership levels to 10 years
Hello - would it be possible to add to/extend the membership level drop-down list options all the way to 10 years (vs. the current max of 6 years)? A tennis association that I am assisting offers 10-year membership renewals and would really like to have that feature, since their existing forms/paper materials specify that as an option. Thank you.

Exclude cancelled registrations from 'Event list export registrants file'
I have noticed that the ‘Export registrants’ button in a single event excludes cancelled registrants but when the ‘Export registrants’ button in the ‘Event list’ is used, it includes cancelled registrations. Furthermore, the cancelled registrations cannot be differentiated from current registrations in the exported file
Surely, for consistency, cancelled registrations should be excluded from the event list export file or be labelled in some way as cancelled? My preference is to exclude them altogether so that the export buttons function consistently

Event email sign up is confusing
Some of my members are understandably confused when going to register for an event.
At the first registration page ("Enter registrant email") they type in the registrant's email -- maybe an employee or a friend. But if that email is not an administrator or bundle, on the next page they won't see the member discount pricing.
This first page is not even needed if the member has already logged in. I therefore suggest skipping it, unless there has been no log in.
Or add some wording to the page such as "If you are a member, enter the email you…

Have a different amount for membership dues and another for renewal fee. Now the renewals fees are charging same are original membership fee
I would like to have the ability to charge a member level one fee for membership and another for renewal. Right now the auto email and renewal page defaults to the original membership fee which is $50 too much.

Default database field item values
When you create new database fields, particularly for radio buttons, check boxes etc. To have the ability to pick a default value. Therefore when entering a member's details the form is not entirely blank, but your most common values are already set. This would speed up the manual data entry.

separate email address for administrator members
We'd love to have a separate email address field for administrators for their administrative emails.
In our organization, admins are members of the organization and board members. As board members, they receive an organizational address, like membership@thisorg.org or president@thisorg.org. As members, their email address is their personal address, like sam.jones@gmail.com.
We'd like to have their membership address be their personal address (eg sam.jones@gmail.com) and their WA administrator address be membership@myorg.org.
So when they receive general email, like their person renewal confirmation, it goes to sam.jones@gmail.com. But when they receive administrator emails, such as a new…

Members That Have Never Logged In
Date field criteria for Saved Searches are too limited. Current options are:
On or before
Is
On or after
This month
This year
Last month
Last year
Is not
AnyI need the criteria "NULL" for a report that will yield those members who have never logged in. Our +55 community-website has many tech-challenged individuals; I want to reach out to them. But I want an easier way (other than reviewing the Email settings and log for each person) to reach out to them.

Allow more than one filter to Wishlist like "New" and "Events"
Wishlist can be filtered by one of the following: (1) Hot Ideas (2) top (3) New (4) Category (5) Status.
I would like to be able to select more than one filter like "New" and Category = "Events".
This would help me find the New Events Wishlist items faster. Take a lot of time now having to go through items I am not interested in to find only the Event ones

I apologize, but I will archive your ideas just because this is not something we can do right now about.

Sorting and uploading list of registrant for an event
On the EVENTS tab there should be a sorting feature to sort registrants for an event by
1. NAME
2. MEMBERSHIP
3. Registration Type
4 Payment status.AND it has to be a feature to download the list to an excel file.

Member Registrations - Don't Allow Name Changes
We set up a free event for Members Only with the option to add a non-member guest for an additional $5. The system allowed the member to change the name of the person registering for the event to a non-member! We would have also liked to limit the number of guests to a specified number - e.g., "1" so they don't bring their entire clan with them to say a BBQ.

Allow admin to create additional "Member activation email"
Current feature:
Only ONE editable "Member activation email" can be send out to a new member.

Option to give non-member contact website login privileges
We would like to give contractor contacts the ability to log in to our member-only website pages. Since they are not associated with any member organization, there is no way to do this except to create a dummy organization and add them as bundle members, which then causes the faux organization AND every contact to appear in directories, unless you go in and manually select the no access radio button for every single privacy item for the organization AND each contact.
