Any plans for Wild Apricot to accept zippay or afterpay for events and membership payments?

Adding a new gateway doesn’t align with our current focus for the product. Supporting each payment systems takes time and resources away from our development and support teams to provide the better, more reliable service.
We are going to archive the idea, but please, continue to share your feedback!

How fast are requested features actually implemented?
I am starting a second trial and finally exploring more of the features of WA. I am surprised at the number of missing features and missing attributes of existing features. Seems there is rather slow development going on.
We need moderation in forums so members cannot post offensive material without going through review. We need to export poll results. We need several different admin types to limit admin user abilities (sub-admin roles).
Some of these have been requested for YEARS and are still not available. Makes our decision to adopt WA very difficult.

WordPress has a widget we use on our current community website, that allows members to post information and recommend vendors to other community members. This would be adaptable to a lot of uses.

Event registration type availability to select admins
Current functionality:
Currently you can limit a registration type by Everyone, Members only, or require a Registration Code to use the registration type.Desired functionality:
I would like to add to those options "Admin only". Allow admins to add registrants other than to the defined registration types. If this option was selected the registration type would not appear on the registration form.1 voteThat could be done via registration type with the ‘Disabled’ status.
In this case, it will be not visible and available for public registrations, but administrators could select it manually for new registrations. -

Email Font Issue to be Resolved
The latest update to the Wild Apricot email editor now overrides font choices regarding the event details. The editor is putting some text in Times New Roman. For consistency, I am having to format the whole message in TNR even though this is not the font style we use, to make it easier to read on multiple screen sizes.

Upcoming Events Gadget
I cannot find options to edit the Upcoming Events gadget. Consequently, my events are smaller case than the date and location. This isn't good.

Name & Phone # Leaked when Email is known
If a person enters a known, valid email address on the first event registration page, the 2nd page is pre-populated with the first name, last name, and phone number matching the email address.
Someone familiar with email address of people in the organization (or someone guessing or brute forcing) can obtain the person's phone number or full name in an unauthorized manner doing this.

The ability to spell check emails would be great
It is very frustrating that spell check is not an option for emails.

Some polls can have unlimited responses and some polls can only have one response.

Allow multiple contacts to one email address
is there a way to allow multiple member IDs to use the same email address? This would be very helpful, as there are many couples who share one email address. Not allowing this makes it difficult to manage the contact.

Feedback on Polls
Feedback on the polls feature.
1) I love that you are working on this and really that this is a beta.
2) Would love to be able to stop and edit a poll rather than having to stop the polling and delete the whole poll.
3) Would love to be able to change the CSS (like a gadget) I do realize I can do this by changing the template CSS but the people I work with are not all webmasters.
4) Would love to easily embed the poll rather than link to it

We prefer to keep one thread for the particular request, not combine them together. That helping us to focus on specific request, collect comments and votes for it.

Include 'suspended' option to search as membership type
Can not perform a search for suspended members. The predefined list of member types (Active, Lapsed, Pending) needs to include "Suspended" as an option.

Exclude cancelled registrations from 'Event list export registrants file'
I have noticed that the ‘Export registrants’ button in a single event excludes cancelled registrants but when the ‘Export registrants’ button in the ‘Event list’ is used, it includes cancelled registrations. Furthermore, the cancelled registrations cannot be differentiated from current registrations in the exported file
Surely, for consistency, cancelled registrations should be excluded from the event list export file or be labelled in some way as cancelled? My preference is to exclude them altogether so that the export buttons function consistently

Edit View profile and Other System Generated Links
Is there any way to correct some of the punctuation issues related to the system links? For example, changing the "View profile" link to "View Profile"? Drives me crazy!

Integration with "PayPal Here" on Android
Integrate mobile app for administrators with PayPal Here in order to accept credit card payments.
"PayPal Here" was integrated for iOS version in 1.8:
https://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Mobile+1.8Unfortunately we can't do this integration for Android due to lack of PayPal integration documentation. We will continue discussion with its support but frankly without any expectations.

Default database field item values
When you create new database fields, particularly for radio buttons, check boxes etc. To have the ability to pick a default value. Therefore when entering a member's details the form is not entirely blank, but your most common values are already set. This would speed up the manual data entry.

Sorting and uploading list of registrant for an event
On the EVENTS tab there should be a sorting feature to sort registrants for an event by
1. NAME
2. MEMBERSHIP
3. Registration Type
4 Payment status.AND it has to be a feature to download the list to an excel file.
