Search for empty date field
I want to find the users where the date field "Birth Date" is not set to a date. Tried advanced search.
Birth Date <is> <date not set>
returns exactly the same data as
Birth Date <is not> <date not set>
I think if no date is set then it should use NULL. This would allow to test for an empty field. Is there any other way to search where the field has not been entered for date?

Suspended or archived emails still receiving emails
Sometimes we have found that suspended or archived contacts are still being sent emails and appearing on exported lists of members or contacts.

Maintaining help site is a separate problem from improving the software we develop and it is not the focus of this forum. This is why I’m closing it.

Disappointment
I would like to express my deep and utter frustration at the price increase. After only using your software solution for a few short months, there is no way my membership would have approved another three years of charges for something they were not all that happy with. Now that I am getting read to get next years budget approved, I realize you increased my cost 60%!!! As a non-profit, there is no way I am going to be able to get that to fit. Now, I have put 6 months of effort into getting them to adopt the system…

SDVG Needs
Please clear the way for people to register for events on any browser. We constantly have issues with people not being able to sign up for events due to their cash or cookies. This is an extreme hassle and our members should not be bothered with it. Also, we would like to see more email templates and a higher email delivery rate. We would like to more customize our emails so so have started using MailChimp because your templates are not sufficient. Event Loading and Bundle Membership Flexibility
Easier ways to load bulk members into an event. Also, user defined way to bundle memberships, so that if it is 3 people in a bundle, then it costs Xx3 where 4 people cost Xx4 and 5 costs Xx5 etc.

1) Allow customized data fields for different types of Contacts (create Contact Types, similar to Membership Levels, and then you can create Contact Fields specific to different Contact Types)
2) Mobile app should be able to be used "view only" by more than just administrators
3) You should be able to email, phone & text directly from the Mobile app
4) You should be able to disable automated emails for membership level changes
5) You should be able to disable the required approval for new members (actually, this would be unnecessary if you could customize data fields for different types…8 votesTo support our current voting system, you will need to separate these into individual posts or vote for existing items.
