After-hours phone support (not just business hours)
Longer phone support hours. We're a volunteer organization and our people have day jobs. They do their volunteer work on weekends and evenings. Exactly when you're unavailable by phone.

Disable/enable multiple events simultaneously
Select multiple events and edit them simultaneously. For example, it would be nice to be able to disable/enable registration for several events at the same time.

Allow images from photo albums to be available for sale
More easy customization options (ie. layout on member directory page or linking photo albums to scrolling headers or ability to sort photo gallery alphabetically/by date/by title, etc.).

Archive Status Indication
I checked the box to not give me a warning message when I choose to archive a name. the problem now is that it doesn't give me any indication at all that it changed to archive status when I'm still in the profile section. Would be nice to see the word ARCHIVE somewhere to let me know it was activated.

Better support
Having a powerful support chat system which helps to modify the system OR having a team to help the customers to tailor the system according to the needs of the customer (even with payment if the modification is important)

In our business strategy we do not consider tailoring our system for particular needs of a client. We have partners to help with this, but only within some boundaries. Adding features is not something they can do, only us, and we do it for all clients.

Need the Donation Function to provide the selected drop-down event. We have to open the donation to see what bucket it goes in.
We have repurposed the Donation Function because events don't allow for subsequent payments. We call it the Payment Function, but it still says it is a donation.. We need the donation log to indicate which drop down item was selected.

Some way to show a post has comments
Some way to show a blog post has comments. I think it would encourage people to read posts if the title turned red when there was a comment or some sign.

Customer Support ???
We hear about a new and improved customer support system but, in the meantiime, you have suspended customer support totally. How is this a good thing? When will the really great customer spport be up?

get a list of "IsBuiltIn" saved reports
Your SavedSearches API mentions a "IsBuiltIn", but as far as I can see only searches we have saved are listed. Is there a list of built-in reports we could use? I tried using the api browswer with [?$filter='IsBuiltIn' eq true] but that call didn't seem to support filters...

Renew memberships after X number of event attendances
We offer a membership which is based on a member 10 events of their choice from our selection of events. Once they have attended 10 events they have the option to renew their membership for a further 10. This is a very manual process for us and there is no easy way of reporting or checking when members have reached their 10 event limit other than going into each members record, and chasing them fro a further payment. If we could have a report of how many events each member has attended since their last payment, this would be terrific.…

System slow and locking up
WA seems to freeze up a lot, take a long time to process and is down. VERY frustrating when you have work to do and this system isn't working right.
