Having a powerful support chat system which helps to modify the system OR having a team to help the customers to tailor the system according to the needs of the customer (even with payment if the modification is important)

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. We already have free Support service in Wild Apricot – see http://www.wildapricot.com/wildapricotcontact. In our business strategy we do not consider tailoring our system for particular needs of a client. We have partners to help with this, but only within some boundaries. Adding features is not something they can do, only us, and we do it for all clients.
