During registration pressing "enter" should automatically submit values
Particularly on the first screen during registration - the "Enter registrant email" screen asking for an email address - if I hit "enter" it should accept the email I've entered and proceed to the next step of the registration process. This is normal behavior and the current lack of this functionality is possibly also an accessibility issue. Thank you.

Radio buttons with extra charge visible to others.
Please to be able to make the "Radio buttons with extra charge" visible to others. This would be the same functionality as other Membership fields: anybody, members, no access
My organization wanted to collect chapter dues, in addition to national dues, at Renewal. The new Radio button w/ extra charge feature handles that. GREAT! The line item comes across in the invoice. Great. We can search in the Admin View. Great.
However, this field will NOT show up in our Directory pages. Since the national headquarters is now collecting dues for the local chapters, it is critical for the chapter…

Feedback
Change this "Feedback" function to perhaps a list of suggestions vs. walking through 2 suggestions at a time. I have no idea how many suggestions are already entered and I don't have time to walk through say a list of 3,000 suggestions to see if mine is already there. Perhaps provide a search function on Feedback suggestions so the same suggestion is not entered more than once.

Post date option on invoicing macro.
Ability to create invoices using macro function. For example create and email invoices on May 15, but have invoices dated June 1st for purposes of importing into QB.

Tweaking Member Can Update Credit Card Information for Recurring Pymts
Great that FINALLY implemented! I notice the last four digits of their credit card is now displaying in their member profile as they renew. This is very helpful; Can we also display with that the expiration date?
In regards to sending a notice 2 weeks in advance and when their credit card fails. People nowadays get so many emails I don't think that once notice two weeks in advance is enough. Could we think about a second notice maybe a week in advance for those who haven't acted on the first notice?

Directions for Event Registration & Payment
Have a "How To Register/Help" tab or link containing step-by-step directions on successfully registering, paying (PayPal, credit card, check), & obtaining a payment receipt for the seminar/event listed on the Wild Apricot website.
2 votesWe have our help.wildapricot.com for these purpose. The rest is up to particular customer of Wild Apricot – the directions, how to describe them, pics and text to use – are very contextual. You can create a special web page on your Wild Apricot web site describing the process and then providing link to the page on even details and registration page.

Plugins and Wesite for QuickBooks
QuickBooks should let people use its good basic elements of Form, Report, Register and List and build websites with them, allowing any plugins they wish to use. It should allow "non-accounting" version of QuickBooks that is 100% flexible! Compete with WordPress at a higher level!

improved retrieval options for non-text fields
I would like to see the retrieval options for all fields expanded. I can't believe that for a numeric field that I can't do use > or < to pull out ranges. I'm dealing with an alumni association and I often need to get classes between certain years or greater than certain years.
I also need to use empty and not empty for fields that are drop down lists. As in anyone with State empty (to get my members with foreign addresses).
Please expand the retrieval options for non text fields!!!

Offer small non-profits the free service you now offer WITH the ability to have their URL name without the wildapricot add-on.
To pay over $500 a year for being able to use just our domain name just isnt a good solution for us. Thank you.
1 voteI understand where it’s coming from, but this is not what we ever be able to provide. We own just a handful of our own domains and pay for them, and we provide all of them for free to our clients. Custom domain names is not something we can provide for free, keeping the same price of the service.

Membership Application/Renewal Fields
There should be a way to have different information required for new members than renewals. I dont want to have to keep asking for same old information that we used to determine if they were eligible for membership. Once they are a member, then we just need updated contact information.

I could be wrong about the way this works..
If one of my members signs up in January for a monthly plan...
then, in March they elect not to renew...
Then, in June they want to sign up again...
There seems to be not good way to handle this. The system generates an invoice in March for April. when they sign up in June, it pays for a month they didn't want--April.
Am I missing something.

Option to only have log in for administrators
Hi there,
I dont give my members/clients a log in option as I only use this product for its events functionality.
In the future I might use it but for now, I might only want it at a certain time.
I think that this should be opt in and opt out by the user type as having it included makes it VERY messy on the payment screen for non members.

sort by registrant town/organization
It would be a great help to be able to sort by library name and by town. Registration payment checks from the towns do not always include the name(s) of the registrant(s).
