Save edited email subject line
Email Subject - when the Subject line is changed before an email is sent, it would be helpful if WildApricot saved and retained the new subject in email listings. Thank you.

As far as I understand this situation occurs only with some kind of unexpected quitting from WA email wizard. Please use Save&Exit option on the right corner of the screen. I believe this might solve the case.
If the trouble occurs even if you act according to this scenario, please contact our technical support.
