Ad’s management is a huge business with strong players, so building something competitive will cost us a fortune. There is quite low probability that we will take it into development in the nearest future.
For simple cases we recommend to use existing CMS functionality to inject ad’s into site pages. In case if you need precise control on what and when should be shown, then we recommend to integrate 3-rd party solutions.

No progress
An error occurred while saving the comment NAAAP commentedCreate a dynamic file gadget that pulls up a list of files from server based on paramters such as folder, filename, modified date, etc.
One of our committees has a monthly meeting and I would like to use Wild Apricot to pull a list of documents in a folder or with a particular filename or within a date range. Likened to dynamic web parts in SharePoint.

Hello everyone!
Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheetThese need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!
For more info see our blog: https://www.wildapricot.com/blogs/newsblog/2019/04/30/event-registration-integromat
We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!
Please note, these workflows have some limitations and might not suit everybody. But we hope they will make your life a bit easier.
An error occurred while saving the comment NAAAP commentedI'd like to be able to import registrants from other systems such as Eventbrite or Facebook into Wild Apricot after the fact. Sometimes I am also just given a list of names and emails from corporate sponsors and would like to add them in bulk.

An error occurred while saving the comment NAAAP commentedJust like viewing events in calendar view, I would like to suggest having a calendar view of when all event emails are being sent out - that way we can better schedule the number and frequency of emails on a particular day. Right now I have to manually keep track of this on a spreadsheet.

Can be done using Theme overrides functionality – by fixing HTML code in the gadget templates. But I’ll be collecting comments to see if suggested user-friendly functionality needed by others.

I would love to have this idea reconsidered, seeing this was posted in 2015. I think many more nonprofits are using PayPal Giving Fund and other fundraising platforms such as Network for Good (Facebook uses this), GlobalGiving, and GiveGab (for Giving Day). It would be wonderful if we could use the donation Widget and allow us to choose from a selection of these platforms that don't charge the typical processing fees for either all or certain fundraising occassions.
