Hello everyone!
Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheetThese need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!
For more info see our blog: https://www.wildapricot.com/blogs/newsblog/2019/04/30/event-registration-integromat
We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!
Please note, these workflows have some limitations and might not suit everybody. But we hope they will make your life a bit easier.

We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy Wild Apricot events into google calendar. So you can share this google calendar and you members can subscribe to it.
You can try the integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2276-copy-wild-apricot-events-into-google-calendar

It's great that you offer blogs, but RSS is not as popular as email. IFTTT and other email service providers offer am ability to take RSS feeds, and automatically transmit them as emails.
It would be great if you could POST to a blog, and have that sent out as email to various specified email lists.
Thank you.

Concurrent membership is not something easy to implement - it would require fundamental redesign of how membership works in WA. However, I have couple of thoughts here that I wanted to hear your feedback on.
As I understand, there are 2 sides of the problem:
1. Collecting additional dues for services. E.g. Member is associate and board member, so you need to collect both dues.
- This can be addressed using our extra fields functionality. Maybe it's a bit clunky, but it should work. E.g. setup associate member as primary membership and add extra charge checkbox for being a board member.
- You can easily filter down any members you need with advances search by that extra field.
2. Setting correct permissions on website pages - here there's no workaround we could suggest, but adding permissions based on saved searches seems to feasable option.
Am I missing something? Will the…
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedHi,
We have members who join for Golf, and those that join for Swimming. We have some that would like to join both.
Unfortunately, it seems Wild Apricot only allows one membership at a time.
Would like to suggest that multiple memberships be allowed.
Thank you.

We have a country club, which has golf members, and swimming pool members. We also have some which join both.
It appears as though you can only have one type of membership. I would like to suggest that anyone be able to have multiple memberships.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.

We have a swim club too. My suggestion is to create an event for each day with your pool hours, called Public Swim, or something like that. Right now you have to do this manually, but it's not that much work (https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/522-copying-an-event), though hopefully they will add repeating/recurring events, because Add repeating sessions won't do allow you to manage attendance.
Anyway, then you can use the sign-in feature to either print out a sign in form, or have a tablet at the gate to check off people and guests as they arrive.
This will also let the gatekeeper know that membership has lapsed, or an outstanding balance is due/past due. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
This will also keep track of attendance.
