In the very next release any page access to be controlled separately (no RAS pages anymore). But for showing all pages in menu - cannot promise.

The answer is no. But....
Could you please explain why you need this? Usually members receive better price so they will not use publicregistration type. I'd like to understand the underground reason for such a need (with examples of registration types).

Good question. Basically, it's replying and giving some examples from your perspective (scenarios or situations). Before 4.3 release it was named "To member view" but only members were able to log in. Now any contact can log in so we renamed the text. Does anybody else find it confusing?

Robbi, in the very recent release v4.3 any admin now can switch to "public view" and back (using top right corner link).

As far as I understand, what you actually need is an ability to review your site like from point of view of a specific member (level and status). I.e. how it looks for member of "Level 1" or "Level 2", for non-member, for "Lapsed member", etc. Right?

It's not clear what the suggestion is. You can use donation date as a date field, add custom checkbox field into donation form and use Export of donations after that to search donations that can be claimed.
Can you give more details on what you'd like to have in WA relating to this matter?

Alex, it's not clear of what filters and checkboxes you are talking. Could you please tell what system screens do you keep in mind?
As Dmitri mentioned, our idea was to allow use saved searches in filters of lists (like contact lists, donation lists, etc.). So administrator can create a search of required records, save it and later use it quickly as a filter.

I think that current logic of Lapsed/Active is ok for most customers (active members with past dates renew since old date, lapsed members always renew since current date). It's not ideal but acceptable.
What is actually a problem is that active members with past renewal date, when they make renewal, still can get renewal date in past - which is bad. So I would like to focus this requests on this particular problem.

I agree with rmillstein - I also cannot imagine why anyone would want their members to pay back but not enough to keep them current. For me this looks just like a small oversight from our side.

One of the features we are planning for the very next release 4.3 is managing undeliverable emails. System will automatically handle bad responses and mark such emails in contact's email log. Also blasts emails will show overall statistics of failures (not only opens and clicks as they show now). Would this resolve your problem?

So how do you envision the process? A donor comes to the site, sees that donation form will all the fields (like email, etc.), fills it in including amount and then presented with a choice if he wants to pay online now or send a cheque later? Looks a little bit too complex for a simple cheque donations, doesn't it? Do you think people want to fill in forms just to make cheque payments?

Generally speaking - this is system bug. When no comments are allowed for all levels and public, system show hide "Add comment" link all the time. I'll add this into our bug queue.

I merged this thread and another old thread for Genera forum to solve them together. The problem is that difference in event registration record and contact/member record may cause (and causes) a number of difficulties so we have to rethink the approach from the begginning and possibly change the background logic completely.
For now, it'll be staying here, collecting comments and waiting for its turn to get into the Roadmap http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Product+roadmap

Hi Paul,
you are right - when you send e-mails from specific event, system uses e-mail from event registration and not from contact record. And as Denys mentioned earlier these are two different e-mails.
I understand you point and we have this particular problem in our analysis list. For now that cannot be changed quickly as we have a lot of to do things on the very next release. But I will consider your particular case when I will work on this problem.
For now I would suggest you to use a workaround: to use correct e-mail in your case, you need to send e-mail from Contact list, not from Event details. To get a list of required contacts, use advanced search option on Contact list and add search criteria named "Registered for specific event(s)" then select the event you want. This will produce you with a list of all contacts that attended this particular event and you will be able to E-mail them - system will use e-mails from contact details record, not from event registration.

Any event registrant (except guest) is a contact - new contact is created if there is no such email in database. Guests are exceptions - see separate thread http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825941-create-contacts-for-guest-registrations-7166

For logged in members we can do this easily, but for public (anonymous) registration the situation is much worse. We cannot allow to override contact details data based on public event registration as this is a security hole. This means that any person can just fill in any email and if this e-mail is in the contact database WA will override internal data with the ones that public user defined.

Create a new folder under file mangement called sitemap.
Then upload your site map to this folder.

We have this request in our queue but there is no progress here, sorry. And I cannot provide any workaround for you now - sorry again. I have added your comment into our internal system but we have a lot of things in progress now so it's not going to be a quick change.
