I'm not sure I understand you completely. You mena show this "Notes" field in the list of common fields in customization form and also show it in in contact details among other fields?

No - otherwise it would have been moved to Archive form Wishlist.
As a workaround, you may try setting the event as multiday event - like 1-31 of May

Right now we have a number of requests to change coupons behavior in different area and we consider to redesign - simplify and unify - our discount coupons management. Create a central dashboard to manage coupons for different system workflows. Then we can incorporate your suggestions into this dashboard.

My comment is simple - we do not support described scenario (when a reduced but fixed portion of regular level price is taken after some time of renewal period start). We use monthly or daily prorate instead. So, system needs changes to make this work.
Suggested workaround with discounts for new application is quite good and would work well for new applications - unfortunately, this will not work for subsequent renewals (current prorate setup works only for new applications).
I moved the thread into wishlist forum, let's see other comments. This is not something we will do quickly.

Thank you for your comments - we really appreciate such a detailed and expanded post.
We were thinking of redesigning the whole event registration workflow - see http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8826511-redesign-of-event-registrations but this was postponed for now.
Your comment makes sense but unfortunately this is not an easy change for us. We cannot make a quick change now but I'd like to hear other people comments on this particular case.

This is a good point - I, by the way, have no clue why we do not show attendee details for "no entry" :)
Do you think that we should always show list of attendees for "no entry" option (if "Show participant details" option is selected) or there should be additional checkbox for "Show participant details" like [ ] Also expand "no entry" line?

Thanks for comments.
Do you mean that current process of adding new member using "Add member" screen is too complicated and you need much faster way to accomplish your purpose?
And I also think that original post was basically about paying for multiple members at once - which is not possible now without bundles.

This is a very nice suggestion - I'm surprised it has not been mentioned before. Using macros inside any (restricted) page will allow to place some personalized message.

You mean that you (as admin) need a way to setup a text for the message and also control when it should appear?
Would it be enough if a member is redirected to his profile after logging in?

It focuses on limiting registration options (i.e. not more that max quantity is allowed or admin can manually disable some choice at any time)

First 2 options are in our design queue - but the release date is unknown yet (not earlier than half a year).
The last one - self-service of attendees to make changes into confirmed registrations - is is something that has been postponed for now as we are busy with other changes.
But I personally agree with your wishlist and it makes a perfect sense for me. Thanks for sharing

About invoice customization - you can actually customize them in Settings / Invoice but as far as I understand you do not want the system to put predefined word "Membership..." into invoice lines, right? This is a good point, but I'm not sure for now what can be done here.

I'm surprised actually that nobody came up with this idea before - having multiple invoice templates that to be used for different workflows (i.e. one template for applications, another - for event registrations). This is especially important for custom invoices.
But problem with payment instructions is also interesting. You are basically talking about ability to have a set of instructions somewhere and be able to choose specific one for a specific invoice, right? We did not consider this at this angle. Can you give more comments on that?

What about using http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Routing+of+system+emails ? You can setup routing of membership emails to your membership administrators. This will not resolve the issue (you want specific level email go to specific people) but it simplify things for other admins.
And I would like to hear others on that - is it something important for you?

Thanks for the suggestion - we've been thinking about this for some time but haven't come to any conclusion yet. From your points above I can see one scenario - keeping database of boats (or, generally speaking - any type of item) that members themselves can update, add new items, delete old ones, etc.
This is somewhat similar to membership database itself
* form with fields need to be defined (= membership fields)
* users need to be able to add new boats (= membership application)
* users need to be able to update boat profile (= login and update own profile)
* users need to be able to search (= membership directory)This is quite a change in the system but I like the general idea of having that - not just for boats but for any kind of items.
Any other has comments on this? Any real life examples except boats that can benefit this kind of change in the system?

That is exactly what we are thinking of - we have a number of requests about discounts and we realized that we want to build a central place to control all discounts.
