Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:

We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.
You can try this integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2275-copy-google-calendar-into-wild-apricot-events

Currently I get emails all week (mostly from non-members) asking me to post an event on our site. I would love to direct them to a link where they could fill in the information themselves, upload a flyer / picture with a restricted size file and submit the event for our approval. Upon approving the event we should be allowed to make changes to the description.

I want a tab like this "submit your event" in the link below on my website so that I don't have to do all of this time consuming work as a volunteer.

There's a big difference between seeing the gadget vs having the events on a newsletter displayed so that one can scroll down and see the actual event picture and information. The gadget isn't engaging. All of the information is loaded into the site, is there a way to make it look nice when we add it?

Compare how the event gadget looks: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ljsqgh6cics2449/2016.09.27%20Wild%20Apricot%20-%20how%20the%20upcoming%20events%20gadget%20looks.png?dl=0

To what the event could look like:

I need this as well. I am in the process of putting up our first event registration. People will register to have table space at our flea market. I don't see an easy way for people to register for more than one table besides going back in and doing the registration process again.

I've changed the template to include our logo and renamed it so that I could get back to the base template if necessary.

There are tons of system pages. Do I need to go to every one individually and edit it to select the new page with the logo. Seems like there should be a 1 brush stroke for this.

    Thank you for helping.

We have a general member message forum page.

    1. as an administrator I would like to be able to see who's subscribed to the forum

    2. I'd like members to be able to subscribe when signing up as a new member

    3. I'd like the summary of the general forum to have a nicer design like nextdoor.com.

I just received my first daily summary from a test forum we created. It would be great if the summary could be updated to mimic something like that of nextdoor.com. At least then the viewer would see a good portion of what someone wrote and only have to click to enter the site to "view or reply".

I'd like to attach some samples here but don't see a button to click to upload them. Please advise. Thank you.

We're considering to take Donations during registrations/applications into development right now, but during analysis of the feature we ran into an issue where we would love to hear your feedback.

Essense of question: how would you like donations during applications or registration to be processed for offline payments (when your member/prospect decided to get an invoice and pay later)?

    Some more details:

We can implement donations during event registrations/membership renewals for online payments - not a problem.

But when we're talking about offline payments, straighforward solution seems to be a bit expensive - we don't have invoices for donations or pledges yet.

So right now we're considering going on with straighforward online payments solution (donation will be added to payment transaction) and for offline payments - just include an invoice memo to buyer to add $XXX to his payment as donation for event/membership he has selected.

    This way administrators would…

I third the request for some sort of easy way to do a "would you also like to make a donation"

any chance wild apricot is working on a way to incorporate an easier way to get our wild apricot events over to our facebook page without paying for an outside rss reader?

Right now I have to type in all of the information twice.

Thanks Kerrie Anne. It looks like a good paid option. I guess I'm feeling like I'm paying for Wild Apricot and would hope that they would have an easy solution to get the Events and News (Blog) to our Facebook page.

I'd like to avoid doing things twice so it would be nice if there was a box to click if you would like the blog/news and events to automatically load to your facebook page.
