Hello everyone!
Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheetThese need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!
For more info see our blog: https://www.wildapricot.com/blogs/newsblog/2019/04/30/event-registration-integromat
We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!
Please note, these workflows have some limitations and might not suit everybody. But we hope they will make your life a bit easier.

Concurrent membership is not something easy to implement - it would require fundamental redesign of how membership works in WA. However, I have couple of thoughts here that I wanted to hear your feedback on.
As I understand, there are 2 sides of the problem:
1. Collecting additional dues for services. E.g. Member is associate and board member, so you need to collect both dues.
- This can be addressed using our extra fields functionality. Maybe it's a bit clunky, but it should work. E.g. setup associate member as primary membership and add extra charge checkbox for being a board member.
- You can easily filter down any members you need with advances search by that extra field.
2. Setting correct permissions on website pages - here there's no workaround we could suggest, but adding permissions based on saved searches seems to feasable option.
Am I missing something? Will the…
An error occurred while saving the comment groovamatic commentedThis would be extremely valuable for us. We sell subscriptions, and hold classes (events), but also have a tutoring service, a separate membership for alumni (and probably other constituents I am forgetting). As it stands, if someone signs up as a contact or member because they are interested in tutoring, we cannot track the unique data (membership fields) associated with that type and still allow them to subscribe (different fields). It would be nice if there were concurrent subscriptions / parallel memberships or similar.

We're currently working on customizing level change emails.
An error occurred while saving the comment groovamatic commentedThe best adjustment for us would be if level change triggered the "member activation" email for the target level. Since this email is sent once a member has paid for or been approved for the level, it is where we put all key new member information. If we had the option to send this when a member "changes into" that level, it would address this issue.
As it is, members coming from other levels get no information about the unique programs/features of the new level, and are thus not greeted properly as new member types.
Since there are fairly unique programs with most of our levels, putting them all in a generic level change email is not a solution.

An error occurred while saving the comment groovamatic commentedWe would very much like a a note on the Event list summary screen on the Admin side. You have to drill way down into Registration types & settings for each individual event to see this.
Having the option to display it on the public side of the event would be helpful as well.
Also, a reminder email to admins near the closing date ("Registration for your event, XXX, closes in 14 days." etc.) would be very helpful.

An error occurred while saving the comment groovamatic commentedCurrent search options are "is", "is not", and "any" for Membership Level. I'd like a "contains". This would allow grouping of some common levels in a query. Three of our levels contain the string "Author" and five contain "Subscription". This would allow us to select those groups with one search criteria and allow certain searches we could only otherwise do once (if) the boolean feature is added.
I assume this is a fairly easy fix as "contains" appears on other criteria.
Thanks.

Ideally the forms would incorporate the new file attachment function. This could greatly streamline several of our application & submission forms. If fees could be charged for form submission, even better.
