Hello everyone!
Seeing your activity on this thread we would like to present you with three new templates using the third-party app called “Integromat”. They could help you to:
- Copy an event with registrants
- Export registrations into a Google sheet
- Import registrations from a Google sheetThese need a short one-time setup and then you’ll be able to do the actions above in just a few clicks!
For more info see our blog: https://www.wildapricot.com/blogs/newsblog/2019/04/30/event-registration-integromat
We absolutely understand this is not a solution but more of a workaround for this request, so we won’t close this thread. But feel free to share your thoughts about these templates as well!
Please note, these workflows have some limitations and might not suit everybody. But we hope they will make your life a bit easier.

We have started analysis for this issue, and it seems that key problem is how Wild Apricot handles level changes close to renewal date. The system is currently designed to collect the full new level amount and set renewal date according to new level renewal policy. All prepaid amounts for old levels are disposed. Moreover, since no prorating occurs, the new level might be effective only for a few days.
As a first step, we suggest to redesign how level change is working and add prorating there:
- Level would be changed immediately, as now - Remaining portion of old membership level payment will be applied to new level - For new levels with specific renewal date (e.g. annual levels with renewals Jan 1st) apply the pro-rating settings for new applications: - Allow member to pay only a pro-rated amount of the new level fee (e.g. six months before renewal…Melisa Bulut supported this idea ·

Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:
We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.
You can try this integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2275-copy-google-calendar-into-wild-apricot-eventsMelisa Bulut supported this idea ·

Hi!
Would be great if we could restrict event registration availability by Group, in addition to membership levels (under Events/Registration Types/Availability).
This way, we could have the event visible to all on the events calendar (for scheduling purposes), and create a group with invitees across multiple membership levels, who would be the only ones permitted to register for the program.
Thank you!

Yes, please!
We would like to be able to merge our excel data on event attendance with the existing events that we have recorded online.
We have several events and programs each month (around 15-20). Our organization utilizes the event/public events calendar feature to record attendees, and offers online registration through the event as well.
We also offer the option, however, to reply via email or phone directly to the event organizer/chair, who keeps a full list of registrants for her event (our membership is not always comfortable logging in to register themselves for said events). We then receive the full attendance for the event from the event organizer/chair (usually in excel format).
Ideally, after each event, we would be able to import this "final" list of attendees into the existing event using an excel or csv upload, rather than adding each registrant individually and also "checking them in" (given the volume of data that we have).
Currently, we have a backlog of this attendance data in excel, and we would like to utilize for a comprehensive view of our members' activity (of which event/program attendance is arguably the most important component), hence the desire to streamline the process!
Thank you!
